Abstract
A method of organising financial data is described in which financial data is obtained from one or more data source and imported into a computer program. The data may, for example, be bank account data obtained from a bank via a wireless connection. The computer program modifies the data so obtained into a format suitable for presentation to a user. At least some of said electronic data is obtained without being manually entered by an operator.

51 . A system for controlling errors in a multiple computer architecture, comprising:
a first processor configured to perform the steps of: receiving a first data record at the first processor, the first data record having associated category data and associated party data; selecting with the first processor a contact data field for the data record from a database of contact data fields as a function of the category data and the party data; identifying with the first processor a first plurality of data fields of the first data record; transmitting a request for first data content for the first plurality of fields of the first data record to a second processor from the first processor as a function of the contact data field; verifying that a response to the request for the first data content has been received from the second processor at the first processor; storing the first data content in the first plurality of fields when the request for the first data content has been verified to have been received and if no errors are identified in the first data content using the data record; and storing the first data content in an error record when the request for the first data content has been verified to have been received and if errors are identified in the first data content using the data record.
52 . The system of claim 51 , wherein the first processor is configured to perform the step of identifying with the first processor a second plurality of data fields of the first data record.
53 . The system of claim 52 , wherein the first processor is configured to perform the step of transmitting a request for second data content for the second plurality of fields of the data record to a third processor from the first processor as a function of the contact data field.
54 . The system of claim 53 , wherein the first processor is configured to perform the step of verifying that a response to the request for the second data content has been received from the third processor at the first processor.
55 . The system of claim 54 , wherein the first processor is configured to perform the step of storing the second data content in the plurality of fields when the request for the second data content has been verified to have been received and if no errors are identified in the second data content using the data record.

The system of claim 55 , wherein the first processor is configured to perform the step of storing the second data content in the error record when the request for the second data content has been verified to have been received and if errors are identified in the second data content using the data record.
57 . The system of claim 53 wherein the third processor is functionally distinct from the second processor.
58 . The system of claim 55 wherein determining that no errors are identified in the second data content using the data record comprises using the first data content.
59 . A method of machine learning for controlling errors in a multiple computer architecture, comprising:
receiving a first data record at a centralized processor, the first data record having associated category data and associated party data; selecting with the centralized processor a contact data field for the data record from a database of contact data fields as a function of the category data and the party data; identifying with the centralized processor a first plurality of data fields of the first data record; transmitting a request for first data content for the first plurality of fields of the first data record to a remote processor from the centralized processor as a function of the contact data field; verifying with the centralized processor that a response to the request for the first data content has been received from the remote processor at the centralized processor; storing the first data content in the first plurality of fields with the centralized processor when the request for the first data content has been verified to have been received and if no errors are identified in the first data content using the data record; and storing the first data content in an error record when the request for the first data content has been verified to have been received and if errors are identified in the first data content using the data record.
60 . The method of claim 59 , wherein the centralized processor is configured to perform the step of identifying a second plurality of data fields of the first data record.

The method of claim 60 , wherein the centralized processor is configured to perform the step of transmitting a request for second data content for the second plurality of fields of the data record to a second remote processor from the centralized processor as a function of the contact data field.
62 . The method of claim 61 , wherein the centralized processor is configured to perform the step of verifying that a response to the request for the second data content has been received from the second remote processor at the centralized processor.
63 . The method of claim 62 , wherein the centralized processor is configured to perform the step of storing the second data content in the plurality of fields when the request for the second data content has been verified to have been received and if no errors are identified in the second data content using the data record.

The method of claim 63 , wherein the centralized processor is configured to perform the step of storing the second data content in the error record when the request for the second data content has been verified to have been received and if errors are identified in the second data content using the data record.
65 . The method of claim 61 wherein the second remote processor is functionally distinct from the centralized processor and the remote processor.
66 . The method of claim 63 wherein determining that no errors are identified in the second data content using the data record comprises using the first data content.
67 . The method of claim 59 further comprising generating a notification that the request for the first data content has not been received from the remote processor at the centralized processor.
68 . The method of claim 59 further comprising generating a notification that the response to the request for the first data content from the remote processor at the centralized processor is pending.
69 . The method of claim 64 further comprising repeating the request for the first data content from the remote processor at the centralized processor if errors are identified in the second data content using the data record and a response to the request for the first data content is pending.
