Abstract

Disclosed is a multi-staged vapor filtration device. The multi-staged vapor filtration device may include a case with a mouthpiece and an exhaust. The case may include a chamber. Further, the chamber may include a plurality of filters. Further, the chamber may include a plurality of wick surfaces, wherein each wick surface is disposed between two adjacent filters of the plurality of filters. Further, the chamber may include a plurality of holes disposed on a surface of the case, wherein each hole is disposed between two adjacent filters of the plurality of filters, wherein the plurality of holes facilitate expulsion of moisture collected in the plurality of wick surfaces. Further, the mouthpiece may be attached to a first end of the case, wherein the mouthpiece is configured to be held by a mouth of a user. Further, the exhaust attached to a second end of the case.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A multi-staged vapor filtration device comprising:
 a case comprising:
 a chamber comprising:
 a plurality of filters;
 a plurality of wick surfaces, wherein each wick surface is disposed between two adjacent filters of the plurality of filters;

 a plurality of holes disposed on a surface of the case, wherein each hole is disposed between two adjacent filters of the plurality of filters, wherein the plurality of holes facilitate expulsion of moisture collected in the plurality of wick surfaces;
   a mouthpiece attached to a first end of the case, wherein the mouthpiece is configured to be held by a mouth of a user; and an exhaust attached to a second end of the case.

         2 . The multi-staged vapor filtration device of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of holes is configured to allow wicking of moisture within the multi-staged vapor filtration device to prevent residual building within the multi-staged vapor filtration device.

         3 . The multi-staged vapor filtration device of claim 1 further comprising a final filter disposed between a last filter of the plurality of filters and the exhaust port, wherein the final filter comprises a particulate filter that is dense enough to allow atomized particulate to leak through.

         4 . The multi-staged vapor filtration device of claim 1 , wherein the case comprises a plurality of cylindrical sections forming a zig-zag path for the vapors exhaled into the chamber.

         5 . The multi-staged vapor filter device of claim 1 , wherein the case comprises at least one image on an exterior surface of the case.

         6 . The multi-staged vapor filter device of claim 1 , wherein the case comprises a phosphorescent material on at least a part of an exterior surface of the case.

         7 . The multi-staged vapor filter device of claim 1 , wherein the mouthpiece is circular in shape.

         8 . The multi-staged vapor filter device of claim 1 , wherein the mouthpiece is removably attached to the first end of the case.

         9 . The multi-staged vapor filter device of claim 1 , wherein the mouthpiece is irremovably attached to the first end of the case.

         10 . The multi-staged vapor filter device of claim 1 , wherein the exhaust is irremovably attached to the second end of the case.

         11 . The multi-staged vapor filter device of claim 1 , wherein at least one filter of the plurality of tilters comprises a material capable of filtering vapors exhaled from the mouth of the user.

         12 . The multi-staged vapor filter device of claim 1 , wherein a filter diameter of each filter of the plurality of tilters is equal to a chamber diameter of the chamber, wherein a filter length of each filter of the plurality of filters is lesser than a chamber length of the chamber.

         13 . The multi-staged vapor filter device of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of holes is located on an exterior surface of the case that does not face towards the user.

         14 . The multi-staged vapor filter device of claim 1 , wherein the case comprises a first half-shell and a second half-shell, wherein the first half-shell and the second half-shell are each configured to be connected together by means of an attachment means.

         15 . The multi-staged vapor filter device of claim 1 further comprising:
 a fan disposed within the chamber, wherein the fan is configured to facilitate movement of the vapors exhaled into the chamber; and
 a power source electrically connected to the fan, wherein the power source is configured to provide electrical energy to operate the fan.

         16 . The multi-staged vapor filter device of claim 15 further comprising a power button electrically coupled to each of the power source and the fan, wherein depressing of the power button electrically connects the power source to the fan thus providing electricity to the fan.

         17 . The multi-staged vapor filter device of claim 15 further comprising:
 a sensor configured to detect exhalation of vapors into the chamber; and
 a controller communicatively coupled to the sensor and the power source, wherein the controller is configured to connect the power source to the fan based on detection of exhalation of vapors.

         18 . The multi-staged vapor tilter device of claim 1 further comprising a plurality of light features on an exterior surface of the case, wherein the plurality of light features is configured to light up when the user exhales vapor into the chamber of the case.

         19 . The multi-staged vapor filter device of claim 1 further comprising an O-ring-like object configured to be placed near a section of the case between the mouthpiece and a front end of the chamber to prevent vapors from leaking out of the case.

         20 . The multi-staged vapor filter device of claim 1 , wherein the case is configured to be disposable.
