Abstract
An example operation may include one or more of identifying transports operating on a roadway, determining a degree of transport traffic based on the identified transports, when the degree of transport traffic has exceeded a traffic level, assigning one or more of the identified transports as a roadway manager, controlling movement of the roadway manager, and generating a roadway indicator on the roadway manager to direct the identified transports.

1 . A method, comprising:
identifying a plurality of transports operating on a roadway; determining a degree of transport traffic based on the plurality of identified transports; when the degree of transport traffic has exceeded a traffic level, assigning one or more of the plurality of identified transports as a roadway manager; controlling movement of the roadway manager; and generating a roadway indicator on the roadway manager to direct the plurality of identified transports.
2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the assigning the one or more of the plurality of identified transports as a roadway manager comprises:
pausing a movement of the roadway manager; and generating the roadway indicator on the roadway manager based on a characteristic of the transport traffic.
3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the roadway indicator comprises one or more of a road sign display, a light display, a text indicator, a video indicator, a wireless data message command, and an audio indicator to direct the plurality of identified transports.
4 . The method of claim 1 , comprising:
detecting the roadway indicator via one or more of the plurality of identified transports; responsive to detecting the roadway indicator, retrieving transport operation instructions from a memory; and moving the one or more of the plurality of identified transports based on the retrieved transport operation instructions.
5 . The method of claim 1 , comprising:
determining the degree of transport traffic is no longer exceeding the traffic level; and removing the roadway manager assignment from the one or more of the plurality of identified transports.
6 . The method of claim 1 , comprising:
responsive to determining when the degree of transport traffic has exceeded the traffic level, identifying from a smart contract, one or more of the identified plurality of transports to be assigned as a roadway manager.
7 . The method of claim 1 , comprising:
creating a blockchain transaction comprising one or more of the roadway manager, a date, a time, and a location of the roadway traffic; and storing the blockchain transaction in a distributed ledger.
8 . A system, comprising:
a computing device; and a plurality of transports, wherein one of the plurality of transports or the computing device is configured to identify the plurality of transports on a roadway; determine a degree of transport traffic based on the plurality of identified transports; when the degree of transport traffic has exceeded a traffic level, assign one or more of the plurality of identified transports as a roadway manager; control movement of the roadway manager; and generate a roadway indicator on the roadway manager to direct the plurality of identified transports.
9 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the assignment of the one or more of the plurality of identified transports as a roadway manager comprises the computing device being configured to:
pause movement of the roadway manager; and generate the roadway indicator on the roadway manager based on a characteristic of the transport traffic.
10 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the roadway indicator comprises one or more of a road sign display, a light display, a text indicator, a video indicator, a wireless data message command, and an audio indicator to direct the plurality of identified transports.
11 . The system of claim 8 , wherein one or more of the plurality of transports are configured to detect the roadway indicator, and responsive to the roadway indicator being detected, retrieve transport operation instructions from a memory, and move one or more of the plurality of identified transports based on the retrieved transport operation instructions.
12 . The system of claim 8 , wherein when the degree of transport traffic is determined to be below the traffic level, remove the roadway manager assignment, via the computing device, from one or more of the plurality of identified transports.
13 . The system of claim 8 , wherein responsive to the degree of transport traffic being determined to have exceeded the traffic level, identify from a smart contract, via the computing device, one or more of the identified plurality of transports to be assigned as a roadway manager.
14 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the computing device is further configured to create a blockchain transaction comprising one or more of the roadway manager, a date, a time, and a location of the roadway traffic, and store the blockchain transaction in a distributed ledger.
15 . A non-transitory computer readable storage medium configured to store instructions that when executed cause a processor to perform:
identifying a plurality of transports operating on a roadway; determining a degree of transport traffic based on the plurality of identified transports; when the degree of transport traffic has exceeded a traffic level, assigning one or more of the plurality of identified transports as a roadway manager; controlling movement of the roadway manager; and generating a roadway indicator on the roadway manager to direct the plurality of identified transports.
16 . The non-transitory computer readable storage medium of claim 15 , wherein the assigning the one or more of the plurality of identified transports as a roadway manager comprises:
pausing a movement of the roadway manager; and generating the roadway indicator on the roadway manager based on a characteristic of the transport traffic.

The non-transitory computer readable storage medium of claim 15 , wherein the roadway indicator comprises one or more of a road sign display, a light display, a text indicator, a video indicator, a wireless data message command, and an audio indicator to direct the plurality of identified transports.
18 . The non-transitory computer readable storage medium of claim 15 , wherein the processor is further configured to perform:
detecting the roadway indicator via one or more of the plurality of identified transports; responsive to detecting the roadway indicator, retrieving transport operation instructions from a memory; and moving the one or more of the plurality of identified transports based on the retrieved transport operation instructions.
19 . The non-transitory computer readable storage medium of claim 15 , wherein the processor is further configured to perform:
determining the degree of transport traffic is no longer exceeding the traffic level; and removing the roadway manager assignment from the one or more of the plurality of identified transports.
20 . The non-transitory computer readable storage medium of claim 15 , wherein the processor is further configured to perform:
