Packaging for rolls
Abstract
A packaging for a storage and a transport of a plurality of textile or non-woven strips which are wound in respective rolls. Each of the plurality of textile or non-woven strips are wound around a core. Each of the rolls has a diameter which is equivalent to a multiple of a width of the plurality of textile or non-woven strips when wound in a roll. The packaging includes connectors having a sleeve-shape or a round-profile-shape. The cores are arranged coaxially on top of each other and are connected with each other via the connectors which are inserted into respective cavities of the cores neighboring each other for stacking two or more of the rolls so that all of the cores form a stable core shaft and so that the rolls neighboring each other have a distance between their respective lateral faces.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A packaging for a storage and a transport of a plurality of textile or non-woven strips which are wound in respective rolls, wherein,
each of the plurality of textile or non-woven strips are wound around a core, and each of the rolls has a diameter which is equivalent to a multiple of a width of the plurality of textile or non-woven strips when wound in a roll, the packaging comprising: connectors having a sleeve-shape or a round-profile-shape, wherein, the cores are arranged coaxially on top of each other and are connected with each other via the connectors which are inserted into respective cavities of the cores neighboring each other for stacking two or more of the rolls so that all of the cores form a stable core shaft and so that the rolls neighboring each other have a distance between their respective lateral faces.
2 . The packaging as recited in claim 1 , wherein,
each of the cores comprise an end face, and each of the connectors comprise a coaxial spacer ring on an outside, the coaxial spacer ring being arranged between the end faces of the cores neighboring each other.
3 . The packaging as recited in claim 1 , wherein each of the connectors comprise a spacer disc and a longitudinal axis, the spacer disk being arranged perpendicular to the longitudinal axis so that the spacer disk lies between two of the lateral faces of two respective rolls.
4 . The packaging as recited in claim 3 , wherein each spacer disc is provided as a circular disc which is coaxial with the longitudinal axis.
5 . The packaging as recited in claim 1 , wherein each of the connectors are made of a cardboard or of a plastic.
6 . The packaging as recited in claim 1 , wherein,
each of the connectors has an axial length, each of the cores has an axial length, and the axial length of the connectors is equivalent to or smaller than the axial length of the cores.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
