Abstract

A gaming chair having a base member having wheels positioned about a perimeter of the base member; an adjustable vertically positioned cylinder having a first end affixed to the base member; a seat having a rigid seat base with a bottom affixed to a rotatable member and where the rotatable member is affixed to a second end of the cylinder; where the seat is adjustable upwardly, downwardly, rotationally and rockedly; a padded seat top positioned on the rigid seat base having at least one compressible internal core member that forms the padded seat top; and raised side bolsters located on opposite sides and on an external portion of the sitting platform; a first arm affixed to a first side of the rigid seat base; a second arm affixed to a second side of the rigid seat base; where each arm is an L-shape and each is extending out and up on opposite sides of the padded seat top; an arm rest affixed to a top of each of the first and second arms and where each of the arm rests is adjustable in multiple directions; a chair back having a chair back top with an internal oversized headrest; an internal S-Shaped spine; an internal lumbar support; a chair back bottom connected to the rigid chair base; a pivot member connecting the chair back bottom to the rigid chair base; and where the pivot member enables the chair back to recline.

1 . A gaming chair comprising:
 a base member having wheels positioned about a perimeter of said base member;   an adjustable vertically positioned cylinder having a first end affixed to said base member;   a seat having:
 a rigid seat base with a bottom affixed to a rotatable member and where said rotatable member is affixed to a second end of said cylinder and where said seat is adjustable upwardly, downwardly, rotationally and rockedly; 
 a padded seat positioned on said rigid seat base having:
 a top, a bottom, a front, a back, and matching sides opposite each other; 
 at least one compressible internal core member; and 
 raised side bolsters located on said matching sides that rise up and away from said padded seat; 
 
   a first arm affixed to a first side of said rigid seat base;   a second arm affixed to a second side of said rigid seat base; where   each arm is an L-shape and each is extending out and up on opposite sides of said padded seat top;   an arm rest affixed to a top of each of said first and second arms and where each of said arm rests is adjustable in multiple directions;   a chair back connected to said rigid chair base having a top, a bottom that is connected to said chair base, a front, a back and two sides;
 an internal, oversized headrest formed at said chair top; 
 an internal S-Shaped spine running from said chair back top to said chair back bottom; 
 an internal lumbar support at said chair back bottom; 
 a pivot member connecting said chair back bottom to said rigid chair base; and 
 where said pivot member enables said chair back to pivot and recline. 
   
     
     
         2 . The gaming chair of  claim 1 , where said raised bolsters are at least 3 inches high but no higher than 12 inches high. 
     
     
         3 . The gaming chair of  claim 1  where said chair back has a raised chair back bolster on each side of said chair back. 
     
     
         4 . The gaming chair of  claim 3 , where said arms are adjustable in at least eight directions. 
     
     
         5 . The gaming chair of  claim 4  where said chair is designed to comfortably fit at least 95% of users. 
     
     
         6 . The gaming chair of  claim 5 , where said back is reclineable to 185 degrees. 
     
     
         7 . The gaming chair of  claim 6 , where said headrest is at least 9 inches high and 10 inches wide. 
     
     
         8 . A configurable gaming chair system comprising:
 a base member having wheels positioned about a perimeter of said base member;   an adjustable cylinder having a first end affixed to said base member;   a seat having a rigid seat base with a bottom affixed to a second end of said cylinder;   an accessory holder affixed to said seat bottom where said accessory holder is slideably moveable between a first, concealed position beneath said seat bottom and a second, revealed position where accessory holder is accessible to a user;   a padded seat positioned on said rigid seat base having:
 at least one compressible internal core member that forms said padded seat; and 
 raised chair seat bolsters located on opposite sides of said padded seat; 
   a first arm affixed to a first side of said rigid seat base;   a second arm affixed to a second side of said rigid seat base; where
 each arm is an L-shape and each arm extends out and up on opposite sides of said padded seat top; 
   a padded, patterned arm rest affixed to a top of each of said first and second arms and where each of said patterned arm rests is adjustable in multiple directions;   a reclineable chair back having an internal lumbar support positioned within said chair back;   a pair of chair back bolsters rising up and away from each side of said chair back; and   an oversized headrest.   
     
     
         9 . The configurable gaming chair system of  claim 8 , where said arms are at least adjustable in eight ways. 
     
     
         10 . The configurable gaming chair system of  claim 8 , where said chair is designed to comfortably fit at least 95% of users. 
     
     
         11 . The configurable gaming chair system of  claim 8 , where said raised seat bolsters are at least 3 inches high but not higher than 12 inches and where said chair back bolsters are between 2 and 12 inches high. 
     
     
         12 . The configurable gaming chair system of  claim 8 , where said headrest is at least 9 inches high and 10 inches wide. 
     
     
         13 . The configurable gaming chair system of  claim 8  where the accessories are selected from the group consisting of a cup holder, a phone holder, a gaming controller holder, a pen or pencil holder, a remote-control holder, a laptop computer holder, a desk, and a headphone holder. 
     
     
         14 . A configurable gaming chair system comprising:
 a base member having wheels positioned about a perimeter of said base member;   an adjustable cylinder having a first end affixed to said base member;   a seat having a rigid seat base with a bottom affixed to a second end of said cylinder;   a padded seat positioned on said rigid seat base having:
 at least one compressible internal core member that forms said padded seat; and 
   raised side bolsters located on opposite sides and on an external portion of said padded seat;   a first arm affixed to a first side of said rigid seat base;   a second arm affixed to a second side of said rigid seat base; where   each arm is an L-shape, and each is extending out and up on opposite sides of said padded seat;   an arm rest affixed to a top of each of said first and second arms and where each of said arm rests is adjustable in multiple directions;   a reclineable chair back having an internal lumbar support;   an oversized headrest, and   at least one powered accessory.   
     
     
         15 . The configurable gaming chair system of  claim 14  further comprising a device to provide power to said at least one powered accessory. 
     
     
         16 . The configurable gaming chair system of  claim 15  where said at least one powered accessory is selected from the group consisting of at least one powered speaker, at least one powered seat subwoofer, at least one light, a built-in vibration system, a powered connector for charging electronic accessories, a charger for a gaming controller, a headphone connector, powered drink warmer or cooler, an onboard computer, and an onboard display screen. 
     
     
         17 . The configurable gaming chair system of  claim 15  where said device to provide power is an onboard rechargeable battery. 
     
     
         18 . The configurable gaming chair system of  claim 15  where said power is provided by a cord that is connectable to an external power source, such as an electrical outlet. 
     
     
         19 . The configurable gaming chair system of  claim 18  where said cord is integrated within said chair. 
     
     
         20 . The configurable gaming chair system of  claim 14 , where said chair is designed to comfortably fit at least 95% of users.
