Abstract

According to one embodiment, a power supply apparatus includes a power transmission controller and a receiver. The power transmission controller transmits a first power transmission signal for power supply. The receiver receives first information on a second power transmission signal from a first power supply apparatus. The second power transmission signal is transmitted by the first power supply apparatus for power supply. The power transmission controller determines at least one of a first time at which the first power transmission signal is transmitted, a first direction in which the first power transmission signal is transmitted, or a first power level of the first power transmission signal, using the first information.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A power supply apparatus comprising:
 a power transmission controller configured to transmit a first power transmission signal for power supply; and   a receiver configured to receive first information on a second power transmission signal from a first power supply apparatus, the second power transmission signal being transmitted by the first power supply apparatus for power supply, wherein   the power transmission controller configured to:   determine at least one of a first time at which the first power transmission signal is transmitted, a first direction in which the first power transmission signal is transmitted, or a first power level of the first power transmission signal, using the first information; and   transmit the first power transmission signal based on the determined at least one of the first time, the first direction or the first power level.   
     
     
         2 . The power supply apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein
 the first information comprises information on a second time at which the second power transmission signal is transmitted, and   the power transmission controller is configured to determine the first time at least a part of which does not overlap the second time, using the information on the second time.   
     
     
         3 . The power supply apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein
 the first information comprises information on a second direction in which the second power transmission signal is transmitted, and   the power transmission controller is configured to determine the first direction which is different from the second direction, using the information on the second direction.   
     
     
         4 . The power supply apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein
 the first information comprises information on a second power level of the second power transmission signal, and   the power transmission controller is configured to determine the first power level using the information on the second power level.   
     
     
         5 . The power supply apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein
 the first information comprises information on an installation location of the first power supply apparatus, and   the power transmission controller is configured to determine at least one of the first time, the first direction or the first power level, using the first information if a distance between the first power supply apparatus and the power supply apparatus is shorter than a threshold value or if the first power supply apparatus is installed in a same building or room as the power supply apparatus.   
     
     
         6 . The power supply apparatus of  claim 1 , further comprising
 a transmitter configured to transmit second information indicative of at least one of the first time, the first direction or the first power level to a third power supply apparatus.   
     
     
         7 . A power supply apparatus comprising:
 a transmitter configured to transmit second information indicative of at least one of a first time at which a first power transmission signal for power supply is transmitted, a first direction in which the first power transmission signal is transmitted, or a first power level of the first power transmission signal to a first power supply apparatus; and   a power transmission controller configured to transmit the first power transmission signal.   
     
     
         8 . The power supply apparatus of  claim 7 , further comprising
 a receiver configured to receive third information on a third power transmission signal from a second power supply apparatus, the third power transmission signal being transmitted by the second power supply apparatus for power supply, wherein   the power transmission controller is configured to:   determine at least one of the first time, the first direction or the first power level, using the third information; and   transmit the first power transmission signal based on the determined at least one of the first time, the first direction or the first power level.   
     
     
         9 . A power supply apparatus comprising:
 a power transmission controller configured to transmit a first power transmission signal for power supply; and   a first receiver configured to receive fourth information on a first wireless system to which the power supply apparatus and another power supply apparatus do not belong, from the other power supply apparatus, wherein   the power transmission controller is configured to:   determine at least one of a first time at which the first power transmission signal is transmitted, a first direction in which the first power transmission signal is transmitted, a first power level of the first power transmission signal, or a first frequency of the first power transmission signal, using the fourth information; and   transmit the first power transmission signal based on the determined at least one of the first time, the first direction, the first power level, or the first frequency.   
     
     
         10 . The power supply apparatus of  claim 9 , wherein
 the fourth information comprises information indicative of at least one of a position or a direction where a wireless device in the first wireless system exists, and   the power transmission controller is configured to determine the first direction based on the at least one of the position or the direction.   
     
     
         11 . The power supply apparatus of  claim 9 , wherein
 the fourth information comprises information indicative of a type of the first wireless system, and   the power transmission controller is configured to determine at least one of the first time, the first direction, the first power level, or the first frequency based on the type.   
     
     
         12 . The power supply apparatus of  claim 9 , wherein
 the fourth information comprises information indicative of a received signal level of a first wireless signal received by the other power supply apparatus, and   the power transmission controller is configured to determine at least one of the first time and the first power level based on the received signal level.   
     
     
         13 . The power supply apparatus of  claim 9 , wherein
 the fourth information comprises information indicative of a received signal level of a first wireless signal received by the other power supply apparatus, and   the power transmission controller is configured to determine at least one of the first time and the first power level if the received signal level exceeds a threshold value.   
     
     
         14 . The power supply apparatus of  claim 9 , further comprising:
 a second receiver configured to receive a second wireless signal that is exchanged in a second wireless system to which the power supply apparatus and a second power supply apparatus do not belong;   an analyzer configured to analyze the second wireless signal and generate second information on the second wireless system; and   a transmitter configured to transmit the second information to the second power supply apparatus.   
     
     
         15 . A power supply apparatus comprising:
 a power transmission controller configured to transmit a first power transmission signal for power supply;   a first receiver configured to receive a first wireless signal exchanged in a first wireless system to which the power supply apparatus and another power supply apparatus do not belong;   an analyzer configured to analyze the first wireless signal and generate first information on the first wireless system; and   a transmitter configured to transmit the first information to the other power supply apparatus.
