Claims

Abstract

An organic light emitting diode display device includes a substrate, a buffer layer, a first circuit structure, a sub-pixel structure, and a first signal wire. The substrate includes a display region including a plurality of sub-pixel regions and a peripheral region surrounding the display region. The buffer layer is disposed in the display region and peripheral region on the substrate. The first circuit structure is disposed in the peripheral region on the buffer layer. The sub-pixel structure is disposed in each of the sub-pixel regions on the first circuit structure. The first signal wire is disposed in the peripheral region between the substrate and the buffer layer, and overlaps the first circuit structure when viewed from a plan view in a thickness direction of the substrate.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An organic light emitting diode display device, comprising:
 a substrate having:
 a display region including a plurality of sub-pixel regions; and 
 a peripheral region surrounding the display region; 
   a sub-pixel structure in each of the sub-pixel regions on the substrate;   a first circuit structure in the peripheral region on the substrate; and   a signal wire in the peripheral region within the substrate,   wherein the signal wire overlaps the first circuit structure when viewed from a plan view in a thickness direction of the substrate.   
     
     
         2 . The organic light emitting diode display device of  claim 1 , wherein
 the substrate includes a plurality of layers, and   the first signal wire is interposed between the plurality of layers.   
     
     
         3 . The organic light emitting diode display device of  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a switching transistor disposed in the sub-pixel region on the substrate; and   a driving transistor spaced apart from the switching transistor,   wherein   the first circuit structure includes a gate driver including a first transistor, and   the gate driver provides a gate signal to a gate electrode of the switching transistor.
