Abstract
The invention relates to lipstick compositions comprising a non-volatile hydrocarbonated apolar oil component, a non-volatile hydrocarbonated polar oil component, a non-volatile phenylated silicone oil component, at least one wax, and at least one filler, and methods of using the lipstick composition.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 .- 19 . (canceled)
20 . A lipstick composition comprising:
a non-volatile hydrocarbonated apolar oil component comprising polybutene, hydrogenated polydecene, and hydrogenated polyisobutene; a non-volatile hydrocarbonated polar oil component comprising diisostearyl malate, octyldodecyl neopentanoate, and ethylhexyl palmitate; a non-volatile phenylated silicone oil component comprising diphenylsiloxy phenyl trimethicone; at least one wax; and at least one filler.
21 . The lipstick composition of claim 20 , wherein the non-volatile phenylated silicone oil component consists of diphenylsiloxy phenyl trimethicone.
22 . The lipstick composition of claim 20 , wherein the non-volatile hydrocarbonated apolar oil component is present in an amount ranging from 5% to 30% by weight, relative to the total weight of the lipstick composition.
23 . The lipstick composition of claim 20 , wherein the non-volatile hydrocarbonated polar oil component is present in an amount ranging from 0.1% to 50% by weight, relative to the total weight of the lipstick composition.
24 . The lipstick composition of claim 20 , wherein the non-volatile phenylated silicone oil component is present in an amount ranging from 10% to 90% by weight, relative to the total weight of the lipstick composition.
25 . The lipstick composition of claim 20 , further comprising at least one pasty fatty substance.
26 . The lipstick composition of claim 25 , wherein the at least one pasty fatty substance is chosen from dimer dilinoleate esters.
27 . The lipstick composition of claim 25 , wherein the at least one pasty fatty substance is present in an amount ranging from 0.5% to 60% by weight, relative to the total weight of the lipstick composition.
28 . The lipstick composition of claim 20 , wherein the composition is free of non-volatile phenylated silicone oils having a dimethicone part.
29 . The lipstick composition of claim 20 , wherein the at least one wax comprises at least one apolar wax, at least one polar wax, or combinations thereof.
30 . The lipstick composition of claim 20 , comprising ozokerite, polyethylene, bis-diglyceryl polyacyladipate-2, or combinations thereof.
31 . The lipstick composition of claim 20 , wherein the filler is present in an amount ranging from 0.1% to 20% by weight, relative to the total weight of the lipstick composition.
32 . The lipstick composition of claim 20 , wherein the filler comprises silica silylate, silica dimethyl silylate, or a combination thereof.
33 . The lipstick composition of claim 20 , wherein the weight ratio of the non-volatile hydrocarbonated apolar oil to the non-volatile phenylated silicone oil ranges from about 0.1 to about 0.5.
34 . The lipstick composition of claim 20 , which is substantially anhydrous.
35 . The lipstick composition of claim 20 , further comprising at least one additional component chosen from coloring agents, preserving agents, fragrances, or combinations thereof.
36 . A lipstick composition comprising:
polybutene, hydrogenated polydecene, hydrogenated polyisobutene, diisostearyl malate, octyldodecyl neopentanoate, ethylhexyl palmitate, ozokerite, polyethylene, bis-diglyceryl polyacyladipate-2, silica silylate, silica dimethyl silylate, a non-volatile phenylated silicone oil component consisting of diphenylsiloxy phenyl trimethicone, and at least one additional component chosen from coloring agents, preserving agents, fragrances, or combinations thereof.
37 . The lipstick composition of claim 36 , which is substantially anhydrous.
38 . A method of making up and/or caring for the lips, comprising applying to the lips a lipstick composition comprising:
a non-volatile hydrocarbonated apolar oil component comprising polybutene, hydrogenated polydecene, and hydrogenated polyisobutene; a non-volatile hydrocarbonated polar oil component comprising diisostearyl malate, octyldodecyl neopentanoate, and ethylhexyl palmitate; a non-volatile phenylated silicone oil component comprising diphenylsiloxy phenyl trimethicone; at least one wax; and at least one filler.
39 . A method of making up and/or caring for the lips, comprising applying to the lips a lipstick composition comprising:
polybutene, hydrogenated polydecene, hydrogenated polyisobutene, diisostearyl malate, octyldodecyl neopentanoate, ethylhexyl palmitate, ozokerite, polyethylene, bis-diglyceryl polyacyladipate-2, silica silylate, silica dimethyl silylate, a non-volatile phenylated silicone oil component consisting of diphenylsiloxy phenyl trimethicone, and at least one additional component chosen from coloring agents, preserving agents, fragrances, or combinations thereof, wherein the lipstick composition is substantially anhydrous.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
