Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A method for presenting digital objects, the method being executed by one or more processors of a computing device, the method comprising:
 displaying, by the one or more processors, graphical representations of digital media objects, the graphical representations of the digital media objects including discrete objects for individual ones of the digital media objects; displaying, by the one or more processors, a media type selection interface, the media type selection interface including options for selecting among different types of digital media objects, the options for selecting among different types of digital media objects providing differentiation between video objects and sub-video objects; receiving, by the one or more processors, selection of a first option for a first media type based on user interaction with the media type selection interface; and changing, by the one or more processors, which of the graphical representations of the digital media objects are displayed based on the selection of the first option for the first media type such that the graphical representations of one or more of the digital media objects that are of the first media type are displayed.

         2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the options providing differentiation between the video objects and the sub-video objects includes the options including a first option to display the video objects and a second option to display the sub-video objects, the first option different from the second option.

         3 . The method of claim 2 , wherein a given sub-video object includes a part of a given video object.

         4 . The method of claim 3 , wherein the given sub-video object includes a predefined video clip.

         5 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the options for selecting among different types of digital media objects include a first option to select all types of digital media objects, a second option to select a video type of digital media objects, a third option to select a photo type of digital media objects, and a fourth option to select a clip type of digital media objects.

         6 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising:
 displaying, by the one or more processors, an overview bar, the overview bar including selectable tiles, an individual selectable tile representing an individual digital media object.

         7 . The method of claim 6 , wherein the individual selectable tile includes a smaller version of the graphical representation of the individual digital media object.

         8 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the selection of the first option for the first media type causes a change in a layout of the graphical representations of the digital media objects are displayed.

         9 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising:
 displaying, by the one or more processors, a selection interface, the selection interface including options for changing between display of the digital media objects and display of digital media projects.

         10 . The method of claim 9 , wherein a given digital media project includes a combination of multiple digital media objects.

         11 . A system for presenting digital objects, the system comprising:
 a computing device including one or more processors; and a computer-readable storage device having instructions stored thereon which, when executed by the computing device, cause the computing device to perform operations for presenting the digital objects, the operations comprising:
 displaying graphical representations of digital media objects, the graphical representations of the digital media objects including discrete objects for individual ones of the digital media objects;
 displaying a media type selection interface, the media type selection interface including options for selecting among different types of digital media objects, the options for selecting among different types of digital media objects providing differentiation between video objects and sub-video objects;
 receiving selection of a first option for a first media type based on user interaction with the media type selection interface; and
 changing which of the graphical representations of the digital media objects are displayed based on the selection of the first option for the first media type such that the graphical representations of one or more of the digital media objects that are of the first media type are displayed.

         12 . The system of claim 11 , wherein the options providing differentiation between the video objects and the sub-video objects includes the options including a first option to display the video objects and a second option to display the sub-video objects, the first option different from the second option.

         13 . The system of claim 12 , wherein a given sub-video object includes a part of a given video object.

         14 . The system of claim 13 , wherein the given sub-video object includes a predefined video clip.

         15 . The system of claim 11 , wherein the options for selecting among different types of digital media objects include a first option to select all types of digital media objects, a second option to select a video type of digital media objects, a third option to select a photo type of digital media objects, and a fourth option to select a clip type of digital media objects.

         16 . The system of claim 11 , wherein the operations further comprise:
 displaying an overview bar, the overview bar including selectable tiles, an individual selectable tile representing an individual digital media object.

         17 . The system of claim 16 , wherein the individual selectable tile includes a smaller version of the graphical representation of the individual digital media object.

         18 . The system of claim 11 , wherein the selection of the first option for the first media type causes a change in a layout of the graphical representations of the digital media objects are displayed.

         19 . The system of claim 11 , wherein the operations further comprise:
 displaying a selection interface, the selection interface including options for changing between display of the digital media objects and display of digital media projects.

         20 . The system of claim 19 , wherein a given digital media project includes a combination of multiple digital media objects.
