Abstract
Systems and methods include a manager for core network elements, regional network elements, and other network elements to facilitate use of and compatibility with shared access systems.

1 . A system comprising:
one or more processors; and memory coupled with the one or more processors, the memory storing executable instructions that when executed by the one or more processors cause the one or more processors to effectuate operations comprising:
receiving, at a network element hypervisor, shared access system data from a shared access system element outside a network;
determining whether the shared access system data has changed; and
based on the determining of whether the shared access system data has changed,
providing instructions to determine nodes related to the network hypervisor the are impacted when the data has changed, or
providing instructions to monitor for additional shared access system data when the shared access system data has not changed.
2 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the network is a core network.
3 . The system of claim 1 , the operations further comprising:
generating a regional network element command based on a core network element; and transmitting the regional network element command to a regional network element via the core network element.
4 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the regional network command instructs a frequency change to comply with the shared access system data.
5 . The system of claim 1 , the operations further comprising determining one or more core network elements or regional network elements impacted by the shared access system data.
6 . The system of claim 1 , the operations further comprising creating or destroying a virtualized instance of a network element based on the shared access system data.
7 . The system of claim 1 , further comprising sensing at least a portion of the shared access system data using a sensor.
8 . A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing instructions that cause a processor executing the instructions to effectuate operations comprising:
receiving, at a network element hypervisor, shared access system data from a shared access system element outside a network; determining whether the shared access system data has changed; and based on the determining of whether the shared access system data has changed,
providing instructions to determine nodes related to the network hypervisor the are impacted when the data has changed, or
providing instructions to monitor for additional shared access system data when the shared access system data has not changed.
9 . The computer-readable medium of claim 8 , wherein the network is a core network.
10 . The computer-readable medium of claim 8 , the operations further comprising:
generating a regional network element command based on a core network element; and transmitting the regional network element command to a regional network element via the core network element.
11 . The computer-readable medium of claim 8 , wherein the regional network command instructs a frequency change to comply with the shared access system data.
12 . The computer-readable medium of claim 8 , the operations further comprising determining one or more core network elements or regional network elements impacted by the shared access system data.
13 . The computer-readable medium of claim 8 , the operations further comprising creating or destroying a virtualized instance of a network element based on the shared access system data.
14 . The computer-readable medium of claim 8 , the operations further comprising sensing at least a portion of the shared access system data using a sensor.
15 . A method comprising:
receiving, at a network element hypervisor, shared access system data from a shared access system element outside a network; determining whether the shared access system data has changed; and based on the determining of whether the shared access system data has changed,
providing instructions to determine nodes related to the network hypervisor the are impacted when the data has changed, or
providing instructions to monitor for additional shared access system data when the shared access system data has not changed.
16 . The method of claim 15 , wherein the network is a core network.
17 . The method of claim 15 , further comprising:
generating a regional network element command based on a core network element; and transmitting the regional network element command to a regional network element via the core network element.
18 . The method of claim 15 , wherein the regional network command instructs a frequency change to comply with the shared access system data.
19 . The method of claim 15 , the operations further comprising determining one or more core network elements or regional network elements impacted by the shared access system data.
