Woven Fabric, Insole, and Clothing for Promoting Heat Dissipation
Abstract
A woven fabric for promoting heat dissipation covers a wearer's skin when in use, and has two surface layers and an intermediate layer. The two surface layers are disposed at a spaced interval, and include a first surface layer and a second surface layer oriented to the wearer's skin when the woven fabric is in use. The second surface layer has multiple braids disposed parallelly, and each one of the multiple braids is straight. The intermediate layer is formed with multiple monofilaments which are woven between the multiple braids of the second surface layer and the first surface layer. An insole and a clothing which adopt the same are provided as well.

1 . A woven fabric for promoting heat dissipation, the woven fabric covering a wearer's skin when in use, and comprising:
two surface layers disposed at a spaced interval, and comprising
a first surface layer; and
a second surface layer oriented to the wearer's skin when the woven fabric is in use, and having
multiple braids disposed parallelly, each one of the multiple braids being straight; and
an intermediate layer formed with multiple monofilaments which are woven between the multiple braids of the second surface layer and the first surface layer.
2 . The woven fabric as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the woven fabric has multiple channels, and each one of the multiple channels is formed among the intermediate layer and adjacent two of the multiple said braids.
3 . The woven fabric as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the multiple monofilaments divergently stretch out from each one of the multiple braids toward the first surface layer, and each one of the multiple channels has a V-shaped cross section.
4 . The woven fabric as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the first surface layer has
multiple first fibers disposed parallelly; and multiple second fibers, each one of the multiple second fibers shuttled back and forth and woven with the multiple first fibers.
5 . The woven fabric as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the first surface layer has
multiple first fibers disposed parallelly; and multiple second fibers, each one of the multiple second fibers shuttled back and forth and woven with the multiple first fibers.
6 . The woven fabric as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the first surface layer has
multiple first fibers disposed parallelly; and multiple second fibers, each one of the multiple second fibers shuttled back and forth and woven with the multiple first fibers.
7 . The woven fabric as claimed in claim 1 , wherein each one of the multiple braids is made of a first yarn and a second yarn interlaced with the first yarn.
8 . The woven fabric as claimed in claim 2 , wherein each one of the multiple braids is made of a first yarn and a second yarn interlaced with the first yarn.
9 . The woven fabric as claimed in claim 3 , wherein each one of the multiple braids is made of a first yarn and a second yarn interlaced with the first yarn.
10 . The woven fabric as claimed in claim 1 , wherein each one of the multiple braids has
a first yarn extending straight; a second yarn extending straight, and disposed parallelly to the first yarn; and a shuttling yarn shuttled back and forth and woven with the first yarn and the second yarn.
11 . The woven fabric as claimed in claim 2 , wherein each one of the multiple braids has
a first yarn extending straight; a second yarn extending straight, and disposed parallelly to the first yarn; and a shuttling yarn shuttled back and forth and woven with the first yarn and the second yarn.
12 . The woven fabric as claimed in claim 3 , wherein each one of the multiple braids has
a first yarn extending straight; a second yarn extending straight, and disposed parallelly to the first yarn; and a shuttling yarn shuttled back and forth and woven with the first yarn and the second yarn.
13 . An insole for promoting heat dissipation, the insole comprising:
an insole body; and a woven fabric fixed with the insole body, and comprising
two surface layers disposed at a spaced interval, and comprising
a first surface layer abutting the insole body; and
a second surface layer oriented to a wearer's foot when the insole is worn by the wearer, and having
multiple braids disposed parallelly, each one of the multiple braids being straight; and
an intermediate layer formed with multiple monofilaments which are woven between the multiple braids of the second surface layer and the first surface layer.
14 . The insole as claimed in claim 13 , wherein the woven fabric has multiple channels, and each one of the multiple channels is formed among the intermediate layer and adjacent two of the multiple said braids.
15 . The insole as claimed in claim 14 , wherein the multiple monofilaments divergently stretch out from each one of the multiple braids toward the first surface layer, and each one of the multiple channels has a V-shaped cross section.
16 . The insole as claimed in claim 13 , wherein the insole has a widthwise direction, and each one of the multiple braids extends in the widthwise direction.
17 . The insole as claimed in claim 14 , wherein the insole has a widthwise direction, and each one of the multiple braids extends in the widthwise direction.
18 . The insole as claimed in claim 15 , wherein the insole has a widthwise direction, and each one of the multiple braids extends in the widthwise direction.
19 . A clothing for promoting heat dissipation, the clothing produced with a woven fabric that comprises:
two surface layers disposed at a spaced interval, and comprising
a first surface layer located at an exterior side of the clothing; and
a second surface layer located at an interior side of the clothing, oriented to a wearer's body when the clothing is worn by the wearer, and having
multiple braids disposed parallelly, each one of the multiple braids being straight; and
an intermediate layer formed with multiple monofilaments which are woven between the multiple braids of the second surface layer and the first surface layer.
20 . The clothing as claimed in claim 19 , wherein
