A foot apparel

Abstract

At least one embodiment of the present subject matter is directed towards an apparel. The apparel in accordance with one embodiment may be a sock. The apparel in accordance with another embodiment may be a wearable insole. The apparel comprises a plurality of cushions configured on a base of the apparel at various locations to relieve effects of one or more feet ailments. The apparel comprises a first cushion for supporting a heel of the user, a second cushion for supporting a longitudinal arch of the user, a third cushion for supporting a first metatarsal of the foot, and a fourth cushion for supporting the toes of the user. The first, second, third, and fourth cushions may be made of at least one of a thicker yarn, a foam material, and a gel material.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An apparel comprising:
 a foot accommodating region, wherein the foot accommodating region comprises:
 a base that comes in contact with a user's sole when a foot is inserted within the foot accommodating region, the base comprising a plurality of cushioning elements configured to cushion a plurality of locations on the sole for relieving effects of one or more feet ailments. 
   
     
     
         2 . The apparel according to  claim 1 , wherein the apparel is one of a sock and a wearable insole. 
     
     
         3 . The apparel according to  claim 1 , wherein the plurality of cushions include a first cushion configured on the base at a location in the foot accommodating region of the apparel that overlaps with a heel of the user when the apparel is worn by the user. 
     
     
         4 . The apparel according to  claim 3 , wherein the first cushion has varying thickness and density. 
     
     
         5 . The apparel according to  claim 1 , wherein the plurality of cushions include a second cushion configured on the base at a location on the base of apparel, which location overlaps with a longitudinal arch of the foot when the sock is worn by the user. 
     
     
         6 . The apparel according to  claim 5 , wherein the second cushion has varying thickness and density. 
     
     
         7 . The apparel according to  claim 1 , wherein the plurality of cushions include a third cushion, wherein the third cushion is a metatarsal pad configured at a location on the base of the apparel, which location overlaps with a first metatarsal of the foot when the apparel is worn by the user. 
     
     
         8 . The apparel according to  claim 5 , wherein the second cushion has varying thickness and density. 
     
     
         9 . The apparel according to  claim 1 , wherein the plurality of cushions include a fourth cushion, wherein the fourth cushion is a toe buttress configured at a location on the base of the apparel, which location overlaps with the toes of the user when the apparel is worn by the user. 
     
     
         10 . The apparel according to  claim 1 , wherein the plurality of cushions are configured on an inner side of the base and come in direct contact with the foot of the user when the foot is inserted in the foot accommodating region. 
     
     
         11 . The apparel according to  claim 1 , further comprising a calf accommodating region configured to compress fit on a calf of the user, wherein the calf accommodating region extends from the foot accommodating region. 
     
     
         12 . The apparel according to  claim 1 , wherein the plurality of cushions are made of at least one of a thick yarn, a foam material, and a gel material. 
     
     
         13 . The apparel according to  claim 12 , wherein the foam material is low resilience polyurethane foam. 
     
     
         14 . A wearable insole comprising:
 a base pad;   a first cushion configured on the base pad at a location that overlaps with a heel of the user when the insole is worn by the user;   a second cushion configured on the base pad at a location which location overlaps with a longitudinal arch of the foot when the insole is worn by the user;   a third cushion, wherein the third cushion is a metatarsal pad configured at a location on the base pad which overlaps with a first metatarsal of the foot when the insole is worn by the user; and   a fourth cushion, wherein the fourth cushion is a toe buttress configured at a location on the base pad which overlaps with the toes of the user when the apparel is worn by the user.   
     
     
         15 . The wearable insole according to  claim 14 , wherein the first, second, third, and the fourth cushions are made of at least one of a thick yarn, a foam material, and a gel material. 
     
     
         16 . The wearable insole according to  claim 15 , wherein the foam material is low resilience polyurethane foam. 
     
     
         17 . The wearable insole according to  claim 14 , further comprising a plurality of gripping elements configured adjacent a front end of the base pad. 
     
     
         18 . An apparel comprising:
 a foot accommodating region, wherein the foot accommodating region comprises:
 a base that comes in contact with a user's sole when a foot is inserted within the foot accommodating region, the base comprising a plurality of cushioning elements configured to cushion a plurality of locations on the sole for relieving effects of one or more feet ailments, wherein the plurality of cushions are configured on an inner side of the base and come in direct contact with the foot of the user when the foot is inserted in the foot accommodating region, the plurality of cushions include:
 a first cushion configured on the base at a location in the foot accommodating region of the apparel that overlaps with a heel of the user when the apparel is worn by the user; 
 a second cushion configured on the base at a location on the base of apparel, which location overlaps with a longitudinal arch of the foot when the sock is worn by the user; 
 a third cushion, wherein the third cushion is a metatarsal pad configured at a location on the base of the apparel, which location overlaps with a first metatarsal of the foot when the apparel is worn by the user; and 
 a fourth cushion, wherein the fourth cushion is a toe buttress configured at a location on the base of the apparel, which location overlaps with the toes of the user when the apparel is worn by the user; and 
 
   a calf accommodating region configured to compress fit on a calf of the user, wherein the calf accommodating region extends from the foot accommodating region   
     
     
         19 . The apparel according to  claim 18 , wherein the first, second, third, and fourth cushions have varying thickness and density 
     
     
         20 . The apparel according to  claim 18 , wherein the plurality of cushions are made of at least one of a thick yarn, a foam material, and a gel material.
