Abstract
An air gun projectile includes a tail portion, a nose portion, and a container having a top releasably secured to the nose portion. Filling is contained in the container. The container is tapered to a bottom. The tail portion includes spaced vanes formed with a lower portion of the container, and a rim formed with outer ends of the vanes. The vanes are inclined with respect to the rim. The rim is tapered to a bottom. The container includes a plurality of spaced longitudinal grooves formed on an inner surface, and a plurality of circular grooves formed on the inner surface. The nose portion includes a plurality of spaced longitudinal grooves formed on an inner surface, and a plurality of circular grooves formed on the inner surface.
