Wearable article with aeration vent
Abstract
A wearable article over skin includes opposite circular edges. The wearable article further includes an inner surface and outer surface defined between the opposite circular edges. The inner surface includes a curved profile adapted to be extended across the opposite edges and a plurality of aeration vent grooved over the inner surface of the wearable article. Furthermore, the curved profile extending up to the opposite edges and the plurality of aeration vent on the inner surface creates an aeration path between the skin and the wearable articles. The aeration path facilitates fluids to flow between the skin and the wearable article.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A wearable article for being worn by a user over the skin thereof, the wearable article comprising:
opposite circular edges; an inner surface and outer surface, both extending along a width between the opposite circular edges, wherein the inner surface comprises a curved profile adapted to be extended along the width between the opposite circular edges; and a plurality of aeration vent grooved along the inner surface; wherein the curved profile extending up to the opposite edges and the plurality of aeration vent on the inner surface creates an aeration path between the skin and the wearable article to enable aeration between the skin and the wearable article.
2 . The wearable article of claim 1 , wherein the inner surface with the curved profile comprises an inner curvature line in a middle portion of the inner surface of the wearable article.
3 . The wearable article of claim 1 , wherein the inner curvature line in the middle portion of the inner surface is only a region configured to be in contact with the skin, when the user wears the wearable article over the skin.
4 . The wearable article of claim 1 , wherein the curved profile of the inner surface comprises a curvature between a range of 33 degrees to 35 degrees.
5 . The wearable article of claim 1 , wherein the curved profile of the inner surface comprises a curvature between a range of 33.2 degrees to 34.5 degree.
6 . The wearable article of claim 5 , wherein the curvature of the curved profile of the inner surface is open to come into the contact of air.
7 . The wearable article of claim 1 , wherein the aeration vent is grooved over the curved profile of the inner surface and extends along the width between the opposite circular edges.
8 . The wearable article of claim 1 , wherein each aeration vent of the plurality of aeration vent comprises a X-shaped profile extending between the opposite circular edges along the inner surface.
9 . The wearable article of claim 1 , wherein the X-shaped profile is in continuous pattern along the inner surface.
10 . The wearable article of claim 1 , wherein each aeration vent of the plurality of aeration vent comprises one or more profile configuration of a plurality of shapes extending between the opposite circular edges along the inner surface.
11 . The wearable article of claim 1 , wherein the opposite circular edges along with the inner surface and the outer surface define an elliptical profile of the wearable article along a cross-section thereof.
12 . The wearable article of claim 1 , wherein the opposite circular edges along with the inner surface and the outer surface define a semi-circular profile of the wearable article along a cross-section thereof.
13 . The wearable article of claim 1 is a one-piece wearable article having opposing ends seamlessly joined to each other.
14 . The wearable article of claim 1 is a one-piece wearable article having opposing ends spaced from each other.
15 . The wearable article of claim 1 is a multi-piece wearable article joined together to form the wearable article.
16 . The wearable article of claim 1 is of a material comprising one of a silicone, elastic or metallic.
17 . A method for aeration between a wearable article and a skin of a user wearing the wearable article, the method comprising:
creating an aeration path between the skin and the wearable article to enable aeration between the skin and the wearable article, wherein the aeration path is defined by the wearable article having:
opposite circular edges,
an inner surface and outer surface, both extending along a width between the opposite circular edges, wherein the inner surface comprises a curved profile adapted to be extended along the width between the circular opposite edges, and
a plurality of aeration vent grooved along the inner surface,
wherein the curved profile extending up to the opposite edges and the plurality of aeration vent on the inner surface creates the aeration path.
18 . The method of claim 17 , wherein the inner surface with the curved profile comprises an inner curvature line in a middle portion of the inner surface of the wearable article, wherein the inner curvature line is only a region configured to be in contact with the skin, when the user wear the wearable article over the skin for creating the aeration path.
19 . A method for making a wearable article for being worn by a user over the skin thereof, the method comprising:
forming an inner surface having a curved profile adapted to be extended along a width between opposite circular edges of the wearable article; and grooving a plurality of aeration vent along the inner surface; wherein the curved profile extending up to the opposite edges and the plurality of aeration vent on the inner surface creates the aeration path between the skin and the wearable article to enable aeration between the skin and the wearable article.
20 . The method of claim 19 , wherein grooving the plurality of aeration vent along the inner surface comprises grooving a X-shaped profile extending between the opposite circular edges along the inner surface.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
