Abstract

The present disclosure relates to injection-moulded trays or containers with a revolving height adjustment system which allows the achievement of two or more different heights that are to be chosen and also provides stability during stacking.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A tray ( 1 ) with a height selection system ( 2 ), wherein the tray comprises:
 a front wall ( 1 e ) which is a flat plate; a back wall ( 1 h ) which is a flat plate; two side walls ( 1 f ) each one optionally having a hollow ( 1 g ) for manual handling; said walls ( 1 e , 1 h and 1 f ) are projecting from a common base ( 5 ); characterized in that the height selection system ( 2 ) comprises: a revolver ( 2 h ) comprising at least one groove ( 2 e ), a bore ( 2 g ) and optionally reference symbols ( 6 ) and at least one mobile space ( 2 x ); a screw ( 3 ) with its corresponding nut ( 4 ); a housing ( 2 f ) in at least one of the side walls ( 1 f ), with at least one projection ( 1 b ), a fixed space ( 2 a ), a hollow shaft ( 1 d ), wherein said housing ( 2 f ) houses the revolver ( 2 h ); and at least one-foot ( 1 a ) projecting from one of the side walls ( 1 f ), wherein the screw ( 3 ) passes through the hollow shaft ( 1 d ) and the bore ( 2 g ), screwing into the nut ( 4 ).

2 . The tray with height selection system ( 2 ) according to claim 1 , characterized in that the screw ( 3 ) with its corresponding nut ( 4 ), the hollow shaft ( 1 d ) and the bore ( 2 g ), can be replaced by any other fastening means, which allows the revolver ( 2 h ) to rotate and be fixed within the housing ( 2 f ), such as rotating clips, bearings or rivets.

         3 . The tray with height selection system ( 2 ) according to claim 1 , characterized in that the foot ( 1 a ) is coupled in the fixed space ( 2 a ) of the revolver ( 2 h ), when a first tray ( 1 ) with the height selection system ( 2 ) is stacked on a second tray ( 1 ) with the height selecting system ( 2 ).

         4 . The tray with height selection system ( 2 ) according to claim 1 , characterized in that the foot ( 1 a ) projects from a side wall ( 1 f ) downwards, wherein said foot ( 1 a ) lies below the housing ( 2 f ), while at the top of the housing ( 2 f ), the fixed space ( 2 a ) is found.

5 . The tray with height selection system ( 2 ) according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the foot optionally projects from the side wall ( 1 f ) upwards, thus the foot ( 1 a ) is located on the housing ( 2 f ), while the fixed space ( 2 a ) lies in the lower part of the housing ( 2 f ).

6 . The tray with height selection system ( 2 ) according to claim 1 , characterized in that the revolver ( 2 h ) optionally have reference symbols ( 6 ) which indicate a predetermined height configuration, assisting the user to determinate the selected position of the revolver ( 2 h ) at the desired height.

7 . The tray with height selection system ( 2 ) according to claim 1 , characterized in that the hollow shaft ( 1 d ) projects horizontally from the center of the housing ( 2 f ), while the protrusions ( 1 b ) of the housing ( 2 f ) project radially towards the center of the housing.

         8 . The tray with height selection system ( 2 ) according to claim 1 , characterized in that the projections ( 1 b ) can be fitted under pressure into the grooves ( 2 e ) of the revolver ( 2 h ), leaving a space between both pieces so that the revolver ( 2 h ) can rotate under pressure inside the housing ( 2 f ).

9 . The tray with height selection system ( 2 ) according to claim 1 , characterized in that the hollows ( 1 g ) of the side walls ( 1 f ) can be replaced by any other means that allows manipulating the tray.

10 . A tray with height selection system ( 2 ) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that it forms a column or stack of nested trays.

11 . A tray with height selection system ( 2 ) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that it forms a column or stack of trays assembled accordingly by means of the fixed space ( 2 a ) and the foot ( 2 ).
