Accessory Bag

Abstract

An accessory bag for securing to a wrist of a user. The accessory bag includes a closed lower end and an open upper end, wherein the open upper end provides access to a main interior compartment for retaining personal items. A pair of handles extend from the open upper end, wherein the first handle is longer than the second handle and both handles are movable between an open and closed configuration. In the closed configuration, the first handle is threaded through the second handle to form a closure that prevents access to the main compartment. A wrist securement is formed by the first handle that secures around the wrist. A secondary interior compartment is formed between an exterior layer and an interior layer of the accessory bag. The accessory bag is reversible such that the interior layer becomes the exterior layer, and the exterior layer becomes the interior layer.

I claim: 
     
         1 . An accessory bag, comprising:
 a body having a closed lower end and an open upper end, wherein the open upper end provides access to a main interior compartment;   a first handle and a second handle each having and u-shape and extending from the open upper end, wherein the first handle is longer than the second handle;   wherein the first handle and the second handle are movable between an open configuration and a closed configuration;   wherein the open configuration, each handle forms an open channel having an open face oriented towards opposing lateral sides of the body allowing access to the main interior compartment through the open upper end;   wherein the closed configuration, the first handle is threaded through the open channel of the second handle to form a closure configured to prevent access to the main compartment through the open upper end and a wrist securement configured to secure directly around a wrist of a user.   
     
     
         2 . The accessory bag of  claim 1 , further comprising a secondary interior compartment formed directly between an exterior layer and an interior layer of the body. 
     
     
         3 . The accessory bag of  claim 2 , wherein the open upper end provides access to the secondary interior compartment. 
     
     
         4 . The accessory bag of  claim 2 , where the exterior layer and the interior layer are only secured together along an upper perimeter, wherein the upper perimeter includes the first and second handle and a first side extending between the first and second handles. 
     
     
         5 . The accessory bag of  claim 4 , wherein the exterior layer and the interior layer are unsecured to each other along the perimeter along a second side extending between the first and second handles, wherein the second side opposes the first side. 
     
     
         6 . The accessory bag of  claim 3 , wherein an upper perimeter of the secondary interior compartment is coterminous with a lower perimeter of the main compartment such that the secondary interior compartment is oriented directly beneath the main interior compartment. 
     
     
         7 . The accessory bag of  claim 1 , wherein an interior volume of the secondary interior compartment increases, an interior volume of the main interior compartment simultaneously decreases. 
     
     
         8 . The accessory bag of  claim 1 , wherein the channel of the second handle is sized to receive the first handle entirely therethrough. 
     
     
         9 . The accessory bag of  claim 2 , wherein the body is reversable such that the interior layer is the exterior layer and the exterior layer is the interior layer. 
     
     
         10 . The accessory bag of  claim 9 , wherein a position of the main interior compartment and the secondary interior compartment are unchanged upon reversal of the body.
