Abstract
Provided are a resource allocation method, device and system. The method includes: a network device allocating in advance, to the terminal device according to information associated with prediction of a service required by a terminal device, a network resource for subsequent service transfer. The resource allocation method, device and system provided in an embodiment of the invention enable a terminal to perform subsequent service transfer according to a network resource allocated in advance by a network device.

21 . A method for resource allocation, comprising:
acquiring, by a terminal device, a network resource allocated by a network device according to terminal service prediction information, and processing, by the terminal device, a subsequent service according to the network resource.

The method according to claim 21 , wherein acquiring, by the terminal device, the network resource allocated by the network device according to the terminal service prediction information and processing, by the terminal device, the subsequent service according to the network resource comprises:
acquiring, by the terminal device, the network resource allocated by the network device according to the terminal service prediction information, and a condition for using the network resource; and when the condition is satisfied, processing, by the terminal device, a corresponding service according to the network resource.
23 . The method according to claim 22 , wherein the condition comprises at least one of a time condition, a position condition or a user behavior.

The method according to claim 21 , wherein acquiring, by the terminal device, the network resource allocated by the network device according to the terminal service prediction information and processing, by the terminal device, the subsequent service according to the network resource comprises:
acquiring, by the terminal device, the network resource allocated by the network device according to the terminal service prediction information, and a resource valid timer; processing, by the terminal device, the subsequent service according to the network resource during effective period of the resource valid timer; and when the resource valid timer expires, performing, by the terminal device, network access and service transmission by using a normal access and data transmission flow.
25 . The method according to claim 21 , wherein acquiring, by the terminal device, the network resource allocated by the network device according to the terminal service prediction information comprises:
receiving, by the terminal device, a signaling message sent from the network device, the signaling message comprising: the allocated network resource, or both of the network resource and a condition for using the network resource; and parsing, by the terminal device, the signaling message to acquire the network resource or both of the network resource and the condition for using the network resource.
26 . The method according to claim 25 , wherein the signaling message comprises:
a state confirmation message; or, a state change permission message; or, a connection release message.

The method according to claim 21 , wherein the terminal service prediction information is acquired by a behavior prediction apparatus according to at least one of allocation information of the terminal device or service feature information of the terminal device, wherein the service feature information includes at least one of time feature information or place feature information.
28 . A terminal device, comprising:
a non-transitory storage medium for storing instructions; and a processor; wherein the processor is configured to execute the instructions stored in the medium to cause the terminal device to: acquire a network resource allocated by a network device according to terminal service prediction information; and process a subsequent service according to the network resource.
29 . The terminal device according to claim 28 , wherein the processor is further configured to execute the instructions stored in the medium to cause the terminal device to:
acquire the network resource allocated by the network device according to the terminal service prediction information, and a condition for using the network resource; and when the condition is satisfied, process a corresponding service according to the network resource.
30 . The terminal device according to claim 29 , wherein the condition comprises at least one of a time condition, a position condition or a user behavior.
31 . The terminal device according to claim 28 , wherein the processor is further configured to execute the instructions stored in the medium to cause the terminal device to:
acquire the network resource allocated by the network device according to the terminal service prediction information, and a resource valid timer; and when the resource valid timer expires, process network access and service transmission by using a normal access and data transmission flow.
32 . The terminal device according to claim 28 , wherein
the processor is further configured to execute the instructions stored in the medium to cause the terminal device to: receive a signaling message sent from the network device, wherein the signaling message comprises: the allocated network resource, or both of the network resource and a condition for using the network resource; and parse the signaling message to acquire the network resource or both of the network resource and the condition for using the network resource.
33 . The terminal device according to claim 32 , wherein the signaling message comprises:
a state confirmation message; or, a state change permission message; or, a connection release message.
34 . The terminal device according to claim 28 , wherein the terminal service prediction information is acquired by a behavior prediction apparatus according to at least one of allocation information of the terminal device or service feature information of the terminal device, wherein the service feature information includes at least one of time feature information or place feature information.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
