Abstract

To provide a novel input/output panel that is highly convenient or reliable, a novel input/output device that is highly convenient or reliable, a novel input/output panel, a novel input/output device, or a novel semiconductor device. The input/output panel includes a pixel, a sensor element, a signal line, a control line, and a scan line. The sensor element has a region overlapping with the pixel. The signal line is electrically connected to the sensor element and the pixel. The control line is electrically connected to the sensor element. The scan line is electrically connected to the pixel.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . A display device including a touch panel function, the display device comprising:
a pair of electrodes for a touch sensor, wherein an electrode of a light-emitting element in a pixel functions as one of the pair of electrodes for the touch sensor.

2 . The display device according to claim 1 ,
wherein the light-emitting element is provided over a substrate, and wherein the light-emitting element emits light toward the substrate.

3 . A display device including a touch panel function, the display device comprising:
a pair of electrodes for a touch sensor, wherein an electrode of a light-emitting element in a pixel functions as one of the pair of electrodes for the touch sensor, and wherein a conductive layer electrically connected to a source or a drain of a transistor in the pixel functions as the other of the pair of electrodes for the touch sensor.

4 . The display device according to claim 3 ,
wherein the light-emitting element is provided over a substrate, and wherein the light-emitting element emits light toward the substrate.
