Toss game apparatus and system

Abstract

A toss game apparatus comprising: a board with a top side; a bottom side on a side distal the top side; a right side; a left side proximal to the right side; a front side; and an underside on the side opposite of the top side; at least one hole located on the board, the at least one hole configured to receive a tossed item during a playing of the toss game; a board member configured to removeably attach at or near the top side and to extend up from the top side away from the bottom side, the board member is generally on the same plane as the board when installed on the board; a money hole hole located at a distal end of the board member, the money hole hole configured to receive a tossed item during the playing of the toss game; the money hole hole and the at least one hole are in generally the same plane during the playing of the toss game. A toss game system comprising: a board with a top side; a bottom side on a side distal the top side; a right side; a left side proximal to the right side; a front side; and an underside on the side opposite of the top side; at least one hole located on the board, the at least one hole configured to receive a tossed item during a playing of the toss game; a board member configured to removeably attach at or near the top side and to extend up from the top side away from the bottom side, the board member is generally on the same plane as the board when installed on the board; a money hole hole located at a distal end of the board member, the money hole hole configured to receive a tossed item during the playing of the toss game; the money hole hole and the at least one hole are in generally the same plane during the playing of the toss game; a plurality of legs located on the underside; the legs configured to hold the board and board member such that the board and board member make an acute angle with respect to a surface the board and board member are setting on.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A toss game apparatus comprising:
 a board with a top side; a bottom side on a side distal the top side; a right side; a left side proximal to the right side; a front side; and an underside on the side opposite of the top side;   at least one hole located on the board, the at least one hole configured to receive a tossed item during a playing of the toss game;   a board member configured to removeably attach at or near the top side and to extend up from the top side away from the bottom side, the board member is generally on the same plane as the board when installed on the board;   a money hole hole located at a distal end of the board member, the money hole hole configured to receive a tossed item during the playing of the toss game; the money hole hole and the at least one hole are in generally the same plane during the playing of the toss game.   
     
     
         2 . The toss game apparatus of  claim 1 , further comprising a plurality of legs located on the underside; the legs configured to hold the board and board member such that the board and board member make an acute angle with respect to a surface the board and board member are setting on. 
     
     
         3 . The toss game apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the plurality of legs are removeably attachable to the board. 
     
     
         4 . The toss game apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the plurality of legs are permanently attached to the board, and are configured to extend from the board during the playing of the toss game, and are configured to rotate such that the legs generally abut against the underside for storage. 
     
     
         5 . The toss game apparatus of  claim 1 , comprising a stem leg configured to hold the board member in generally the same plane as the board during the playing of the toss game. 
     
     
         6 . The toss game apparatus of  claim 1 , further comprising a first plurality of holes located about the board with a first diameter, and a second plurality of holes located about the board with a second diameter, wherein the first diameter is not equal to the second diameter, and both plurality of holes are configured to receive a tossed item during the playing of the toss game. 
     
     
         7 . The toss game apparatus of  claim 1 , further comprising a center hole located at the center of the board on both the right side and left side and where the center hole is configured to receive a tossed item during the playing of the toss game. 
     
     
         8 . The toss game apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein each holes is in communication with a pouch or net attached to the board or board member, wherein each pouch or net is configured to hold the tossed item that enters a hole. 
     
     
         9 . The toss game apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the board is foldable for storage. 
     
     
         10 . The toss game apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the right side can be folded up and generally against the left side. 
     
     
         11 . The toss game apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the left side and right side of the board can disattach from one another for storage. 
     
     
         12 . The toss game apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the board can be folded into thirds. 
     
     
         13 . The toss game apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the board can be folded into quarters. 
     
     
         14 . The toss game apparatus of  claim 1 , further comprising 4 sets bean bag balls, with each set a having a different color or pattern. 
     
     
         15 . The toss game apparatus of  claim 2 , further comprising a carrying bag, the carrying bag configured to hold the toss game apparatus and tossed items, board member, and legs. 
     
     
         16 . The toss game apparatus of  claim 1 , further comprising indicia on the front side, the indicia indicating where points may be obtained based on the location of the tossed items. 
     
     
         17 . The toss game apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the board is floatable and configured to be able to be played in a swimming pool. 
     
     
         18 . The toss game apparatus of  claim 1 , further comprising
 a pocket located on the underside, the pocket comprising a slot, and wherein the slot is configured to receive and hold the board member in place on the board during play.   
     
     
         19 . The toss game apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the slot has a bottom configured to stop the board member from sliding all the way through the pocket. 
     
     
         20 . A toss game system comprising:
 a board with a top side; a bottom side on a side distal the top side; a right side; a left side proximal to the right side; a front side; and an underside on the side opposite of the top side;   at least one hole located on the board, the at least one hole configured to receive a tossed item during a playing of the toss game;   a board member configured to removeably attach at or near the top side and to extend up from the top side away from the bottom side, the board member is generally on the same plane as the board when installed on the board;   a money hole hole located at a distal end of the board member, the money hole hole configured to receive a tossed item during the playing of the toss game; the money hole hole and the at least one hole are in generally the same plane during the playing of the toss game;   a plurality of legs located on the underside; the legs configured to hold the board and board member such that the board and board member make an acute angle with respect to a surface the board and board member are setting on.   4 sets bean bag balls, with each set a having a different color or pattern; and   a carrying bag configured to hold the board, the board member, the legs, and the 4 sets of bean bag balls.   
     
     
         21 . The toss game system of  claim 20 , further comprising:
 four waist pouches;   a bottom stopper; and   wherein the carrying bag is also configured to carry the four waist pouches and bottom stopper.
