Abstract
The disclosure provides a push-type travel cup including a cup body, a cover assembly disposed on the cup body, a water channel disposed on the cup body, and a switch assembly disposed on the cover assembly. The cover assembly includes an inner cover and an outer cover covering the inner cover, and the outer cover is movable up and down with respect to the inner cover. The switch assembly includes a first support rod, a second support rod, a first magnet, and a second magnet. The outer cover includes a water outlet configured to communicate with the water channel; the first support rod is fixedly disposed on the inner cover, and the first magnet is disposed on one end of the first support rod; the second support rod is fixedly disposed on the outer cover, and the second magnet is disposed on one end of the second support rod.

1 . A device, comprising:
a cup body; a cover assembly disposed on the cup body, the cover assembly comprising an inner cover and an outer cover covering the inner cover, and the outer cover being movable up and down with respect to the inner cover; a water channel disposed on the cup body; and a switch assembly disposed on the cover assembly and configured to open/close the water channel when the outer cover is pulled up or pressed down, the switch assembly comprising a first support rod, a second support rod, a first magnet, and a second magnet;
wherein:
the outer cover comprises a water outlet configured to communicate with the water channel;
the first support rod is fixedly disposed on the inner cover, and the first magnet is disposed on one end of the first support rod;
the second support rod is fixedly disposed on the outer cover, and the second magnet is disposed on one end of the second support rod; and
the first magnet is disposed oppositely to the second magnet.
2 . The device of claim 1 , wherein the inner cover is a cylindrical structure comprising a first opening facing the outer cover; the outer cover is a cylindrical structure comprising a second opening facing the inner cover; and a lower end of the inner cover is detachably tightly disposed in a third opening of the cup body.
3 . The device of claim 1 , wherein a lower end of the inner cover is detachably disposed in an opening of the cup body.
4 . The device of claim 1 , wherein the water channel comprises a rubber tube which is inclined with respect to a wall of the cup body; the inner cover comprises a through hole; the rubber tube comprises an upper end communicating with the water outlet, and a lower end communicating with the through hole.
5 . The device of claim 1 , wherein the inner cover comprises an air vent, a base on one side of the air vent, and a connection rod hinged to the base; one end of the connection rod away from the base comprises an upper side and a lower side; a plug is disposed on the lower side to block the air vent, and a connecting part is disposed on the upper side to interact with the outer cover.

The device of claim 5 , wherein the connecting part comprises an upper hook fixedly disposed on the outer cover and a lower hook fixedly disposed on the inner cover; one end of the upper hook away from the outer cover comprises a first barb, and one end of the lower hook away from the inner cover comprises a second barb; and the first bard is aligned with the second bard vertically.
7 . The device of claim 6 , further comprising a spring, wherein one end of the spring is fixedly disposed on a lower side of the connection rod, and the other end is fixedly disposed on the inner cover.
8 . The device of claim 1 , further comprising a face cover disposed on the outer cover; wherein the face cover comprises a hole communicating with the water outlet; a seal ring is disposed to surround the water outlet; when the face cover covers the outer cover, the face cover abuts against the seal ring.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
