Abstract

A solar cell module is provided. The solar cell module includes a first substrate, a second substrate opposite to the first substrate, a cell unit disposed between the first and second substrates, a first thermosetting resin layer disposed between the cell unit and the first substrate, a first thermoplastic resin layer disposed between the cell unit and the first thermosetting resin layer, a second thermosetting resin layer disposed between the cell unit and the second substrate, and a second thermoplastic resin layer disposed between the cell unit and the second thermosetting resin layer, wherein at least one of the first thermoplastic resin layer and the second thermoplastic resin layer contains 0.1% to 10% of light diffusion particles.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A solar cell module, comprising:
a first substrate; a second substrate opposite to the first substrate; a cell unit disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate; a first thermosetting resin layer disposed between the cell unit and the first substrate; a first thermoplastic resin layer disposed between the cell unit and the first thermosetting resin layer; a second thermosetting resin layer disposed between the cell unit and the second substrate; and a second thermoplastic resin layer disposed between the cell unit and the second thermosetting resin layer, wherein at least one of the first thermoplastic resin layer and the second thermoplastic resin layer contains 0.1% to 10% of light diffusion particles.

2 . The solar cell module as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the first substrate and the second substrate comprise glass, polyolefin resin or polyester resin.

3 . The solar cell module as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the first thermoplastic resin layer and the second thermoplastic resin layer comprise diblock hydrogenated styrene-based resin, triblock hydrogenated styrene-based resin, diblock acrylic-based resin or triblock acrylic-based resin.

4 . The solar cell module as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the light diffusion particles comprise polyacrylic resin or copolymers derived therefrom.

5 . The solar cell module as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the light diffusion particles are spherical, with a particle size ranging from 3 μm to 60 μm, and a refractive index ranging from 1.45 to 1.57.

6 . The solar cell module as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the first thermosetting resin layer or the second thermosetting resin layer contains 0.1% to 10% of the light diffusion particles.

7 . The solar cell module as claimed in claim 1 , wherein at least one of the first thermoplastic resin layer and the second thermoplastic resin layer further contains 0.1% to 5% of fluorescent material.

8 . The solar cell module as claimed in claim 7 , wherein the fluorescent material absorbs an ultraviolet light and converts the ultraviolet light into a visible light.

9 . The solar cell module as claimed in claim 7 , wherein the fluorescent material comprises pyrene, naphthalene-imide, perylene-imide, carbazole or anthracene.

10 . The solar cell module as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the first thermosetting resin layer or the second thermosetting resin layer contains 0.1% to 5% of fluorescent material.
