Abstract

Compounds of Formula Ior enantiomers thereof, metabolites thereof, derivatives thereof, deuterated derivatives thereof, prodrugs thereof, pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, N-oxides thereof, or a combination thereof, processes and intermediates for preparation thereof, compositions thereof, and uses thereof, are provided.

         2 . A method of use of a composition comprising a compound of  claim 1  for a therapeutic and/or prophylactic treatment for a disease or disorder, comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of the composition to a subject in need thereof.
