Compounds of Formula Ior enantiomers thereof, metabolites thereof, derivatives thereof, deuterated derivatives thereof, prodrugs thereof, pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, N-oxides thereof, or a combination thereof, processes and intermediates for preparation thereof, compositions thereof, and uses thereof, are provided.

       wherein,
 R 1 , R 2 , and R 3  are C 1-10  alkyl, C 3-10  cycloalkyl, C 5-10  aryl, or C 5-10  heteroaryl; 
 X is a bond, or C 1-10  alkyl, or —CO—C 1-10  alkyl; 
 R 4  is NH—R 5 , S—R 5 , O—R 5 , —CO—R 5 , or —CO—O—R 5  wherein R 5  is an acyl radical;
