Communication apparatus, wireless communication system, and wireless communication method

Abstract

A communication apparatus includes a radio processing unit configured to transmit or receive a radio signal; and a control unit configured to control application of retransmission control in accordance with information indicating whether or not to apply the retransmission control, the information being included in a radio signal received from another communication apparatus via the radio processing unit.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A communication apparatus comprising:
 a wireless communicator configured to receive, from another communication apparatus, information indicating whether or not to apply retransmission control; and   a controller configured to control whether or not to add a first error detection code to a first data block of a first layer which is higher layer of a second layer in accordance with the information.   
     
     
         2 . The communication apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the controller configured to add a second error detection code to a second data block of the second layer.   
     
     
         3 . The communication apparatus according to  claim 2 , wherein
 the controller controls to not add the first error detection code to the first data block when the information indicates a configuration not to apply the retransmission control.   
     
     
         4 . The communication apparatus according to  claim 2 , wherein
 the controller controls to add the first error detection code to the first data block when the information indicates a configuration to apply the retransmission control.   
     
     
         5 . The communication apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the wireless communicator receives, from the another communication apparatus, the information via physical control channel.   
     
     
         6 . The communication apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the wireless communicator receives, from the another communication apparatus, a signal of Media Access Control Control Element (MAC CE) including the information.   
     
     
         7 . The communication apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the wireless communicator receives, from the another communication apparatus, a signal of Radio Resource Control (RRC) including the information.   
     
     
         8 . The communication apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the controller causes the memory to store a data included in a wireless signal which is transmitted by the wireless communicator when the information indicates a configuration to apply the retransmission control, and   the controller discards the data included in the wireless signal which is transmitted by the wireless communicator when the information indicates a configuration not to apply the retransmission control.   
     
     
         9 . A communication apparatus comprising:
 a controller configured to generate information indicating whether or not to add a first error detection code to a first data block of a first layer which is higher layer of a second layer in accordance with the information, and   a wireless communicator configured to transmit, to another communication apparatus, the information.   
     
     
         10 . The communication apparatus according to  claim 9 , wherein
 the wireless communicator is configured to receive, from the another communication apparatus, a wireless signal including a second data block of the second layer which is added a second error detection code.   
     
     
         11 . The communication apparatus according to  claim 10 , wherein
 the wireless communicator is configured to receive, from the another communication apparatus, the wireless signal including the first data block which is not added to the first error detection code when the information indicates a configuration not to apply the retransmission control.   
     
     
         12 . The communication apparatus according to  claim 10 , wherein
 the wireless communicator is configured to receive, from the another communication apparatus, the wireless signal including the first data block which is added to the first error detection code when the information indicates a configuration to apply the retransmission control.   
     
     
         13 . The communication apparatus according to  claim 9 , wherein
 the wireless communicator is configured to transmit, to the another communication apparatus, the information via physical control channel.   
     
     
         14 . The communication apparatus according to  claim 9 , wherein
 the wireless communicator is configured to transmit, to the another communication apparatus, a signal of Media Access Control Control Element (MAC CE) including the information.   
     
     
         15 . The communication apparatus according to  claim 9 , wherein
 the wireless communicator is configured to transmit, to another communication apparatus, a signal of Radio Resource Control (RRC) including the information.   
     
     
         16 . A wireless communication system comprising:
 a first communication apparatus configured to:
 generate information indicating whether or not to add a first error detection code to a first data block of a first layer which is higher layer of a second layer, and 
 transmit the information; and 
   a second communication apparatus configured to:
 receive the information from the first communication apparatus, and 
 control whether or not to add a first error detection code to a first data block of a first layer in accordance with the information. 
   
     
     
         17 . The wireless communication system according to  claim 16 , wherein
 the controller of the second communication apparatus is configured to add a second error detection code to a second data block of the second layer, and wherein   the controller of the second communication apparatus is configured to control not add the first error detection code to the first data block when the information indicates a configuration not to apply the retransmission control.
