Information processing apparatus, information processing method, and storage medium

Abstract

An information processing apparatus includes: an information management unit that registers boarding information on a user regarding boarding acquired by a check-in procedure of the user and biometrics information on the user acquired in the check-in procedure in association with each other; and a display management unit that causes a display terminal to display display information in accordance with remaining time to boarding time based on the boarding information on the user identified by a comparison between target biometrics information, which is biometrics information acquired by the display terminal for the user, and registered biometrics information, which is the biometrics information registered by the information management unit.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A display device comprising:
 a camera configured to capture a first image of a user who is present in the vicinity of the display device;   a memory configured to store instructions; and   a processor configured to execute the instructions to:   display a plurality of boarding information; and   highlight a first boarding information among the plurality of boarding information based on the first image matching a second image registered at a check-in stage,   wherein the first boarding information is associated with the second image registered at the check-in stage.   
     
     
         2 . The display device according to  claim 1 , wherein the processor is further configured to execute the instructions to display the first boarding information separately from a second boarding information among the plurality of boarding information. 
     
     
         3 . The display device according to  claim 2 , wherein the first boarding information is visually distinguished from the second boarding information and displayed in a different manner from the second boarding information. 
     
     
         4 . The display device according to  claim 3 , wherein the first boarding information and the second boarding information are displayed on a same screen of a display. 
     
     
         5 . The display device according to  claim 3 , wherein the processor is further configured to execute the instructions to display the first boarding information to be larger than the second boarding information. 
     
     
         6 . The display device according to  claim 1 , wherein the processor is further configured to display another information different the first boarding information associated with the user. 
     
     
         7 . The display device according to  claim 1 , wherein the processor is further configured to execute the instructions to display the first boarding information including a remaining time for boarding. 
     
     
         8 . The display device according to  claim 7 , wherein the processor is further configured to execute the instructions to:
 set a deadline for at least one stage between the check-in stage and a boarding stage, among a plurality of stages, based on the plurality of boarding information; and   display the first boarding information including the deadline when the remaining time is less than or equal to a predetermined threshold.   
     
     
         9 . The display device according to  claim 8 , wherein the processor is further configured to execute the instructions to:
 receive a status regarding the plurality of stages before the boarding stage; and   display the first boarding information including the deadline for the user for a certain stage, among the plurality of stages, has expired.   
     
     
         10 . The display device according to  claim 9 , wherein the processor is further configured to execute the instructions to:
 receive the status corresponding to the certain stage based on the status indicating that the certain stage is completed received from an external apparatus related to each of the plurality of stages before the boarding stage; and   display the first boarding information including the deadline for the stage having the status of an unfinished state.   
     
     
         11 . The display device according to  claim 9 , wherein the processor is further configured to execute the instructions to display the first boarding information including congestion information based on a number of people determined based on sensors installed at each stage, among a plurality of states. 
     
     
         12 . The display device according to  claim 11 , wherein the congestion information indicating a degree of congestion in a place where a stage of the user before the boarding stage. 
     
     
         13 . The display device according to  claim 11 , wherein the congestion information indicating a availability information, waiting time or a number of waiting persons in a line. 
     
     
         14 . The display device according to  claim 1 , wherein the processor is further configured to execute the instructions to:
 display advertisement information.   
     
     
         15 . The display device according to  claim 14 , wherein the processor is further configured to execute the instructions to select the advertisement information based on the user in the first image. 
     
     
         16 . A display method comprising:
 capturing, by a camera, a first image of a user who is present in the vicinity of a display device;   displaying a plurality of boarding information; and   highlighting a first boarding information among the plurality of boarding information based on the first image matching a second image registered at a check-in stage,   wherein the first boarding information is associated with the second image registered at the check-in stage.   
     
     
         17 . A non-transitory storage medium storing a program that causes a computer to perform operations comprising:
 capturing, by a camera, a first image of a user who is present in the vicinity of a display device;   displaying a plurality of boarding information; and   highlighting a first boarding information among the plurality of boarding information based on the first image matching a second image registered at a check-in stage,   wherein the first boarding information is associated with the second image registered at the check-in stage.   
     
     
         18 . An information processing apparatus comprising:
 a memory configured to store instructions; and   a processor configured to execute the instructions to:   receive a first image of a user who is present in the vicinity of a display terminal;   display first information and second information;   match the first image with a second image registered at a check-in stage; and   highlight the first information based on the first image matching the second image,   wherein the first information is boarding information associated with the second image registered at the check-in stage.   
     
     
         19 . An information processing method comprising:
 receiving a first image of a user who is present in the vicinity of a display terminal;   displaying first information and second information;   matching the first image with a second image registered at a check-in stage; and   highlighting the first information based on the first image matching the second image,   wherein the first information is boarding information associated with the second image registered at the check-in stage.   
     
     
         20 . A non-transitory storage medium storing a program that causes a computer to perform operations comprising:
 receiving a first image of a user who is present in the vicinity of a display terminal;   displaying first information and second information;   matching the first image with a second image registered at a check-in stage; and   highlighting the first information based on the first image matching the second image,   wherein the first information is boarding information associated with the second image registered at the check-in stage.
