Claims

Abstract

A method for manufacturing an optical element includes the steps of: providing a first material including a precursor of a first energy curable resin which contains fine particles of a transparent conductive material on a transparent substrate, curing the first material by light irradiation, and performing a heat treatment on the cured first material. In the method described above, the cured first material processed by the heat treatment is again processed by light irradiation.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A method for manufacturing an optical element comprising:
 providing a first layer comprising a first material on a transparent substrate, the first material containing a monomer or oligomer of a first energy curable resin composition;   curing the first layer by light to provide a cured first material;   providing a second layer comprising a second material containing a monomer or oligomer of a second energy curable resin composition on the cured first material;   curing the second layer by light irradiation;   performing a heat treatment on the cured first material and the cured second material; and   performing post light irradiation on the cured first material processed by the heat treatment.   
     
     
         2 . The method for manufacturing an optical element according to  claim 1 , wherein the first material contains fine particles of a transparent conductive material. 
     
     
         3 . The method for manufacturing an optical element according to  claim 2 , wherein the fine particles of the transparent conductive material are fine particles comprising at least any one of zinc oxide (ZnO), indium oxide, tin oxide, antimony oxide, indium tin oxide (ITO), antimony-doped tin oxide (ATO), zinc-doped indium oxide (IZO), aluminum-doped zinc oxide (AZO), and fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO). 
     
     
         4 . The method for manufacturing an optical element according to  claim 3 , wherein the fine particles of the transparent conductive material are fine particles of indium tin oxide (ITO). 
     
     
         5 . The method for manufacturing an optical element according to  claim 1 , wherein the second material contains fine particles of zirconia or alumina, and the monomer or oligomer of the second energy curable resin composition. 
     
     
         6 . The method for manufacturing an optical element according to  claim 1 , wherein the curing the second layer includes providing a second transparent substrate on the second layer, and performing light irradiation from above the second transparent substrate. 
     
     
         7 . The method for manufacturing an optical element according to  claim 1 , wherein the performing the heat treatment includes heating the cured first material and the cured second material at 60° C. or more and 120° C. or less for 24 hours or more and 120 hours or less. 
     
     
         8 . The method for manufacturing an optical element according to  claim 1 , wherein the performing the post light irradiation includes irradiating with light having a wavelength of 300 nm or more and 400 nm or less, and an amount of irradiation of the light having a wavelength of 300 nm or more and 400 nm or less is 12 J/cm 2  or more and 150 J/cm 2  or less. 
     
     
         9 . The method for manufacturing an optical element according to  claim 8 , wherein a ratio of light having a wavelength of 300 nm or more and 350 nm or less to a total of the light having a wavelength of 300 nm or more and 400 nm or less is 0% or more and 10% or less.
