Air handling unit

Abstract

This air handling unit (1) comprises an enclosure (3), at least one heat exchanger (5) mounted in the enclosure (3), a condensate recuperator (15) placed under the at least one heat exchanger (5), and a condensate tray (17) adapted to receive condensate flowing from the recuperator (15). The recuperator (15) has an open side (150) oriented towards the tray (17) and overlooking the tray (17), this open side (150) has an inclined lip (152) guiding the liquids towards the tray (17), and lateral portions (152a, 152b) of the lip (152) are bent inwards.

1 . Air handling unit comprising:
 an enclosure;   at least one heat exchanger mounted in the enclosure;   a condensate recuperator placed under the at least one heat exchanger;   a condensate tray adapted to receive condensate flowing from the recuperator,   wherein the recuperator has an open side oriented towards the tray and overlooking the tray, and wherein this open side has an inclined lip guiding the liquids towards the tray, and wherein lateral portions of the lip are bent inwards.   
     
     
         2 . Air handling unit according to  claim 1 , wherein the lateral portions are formed by folded parts that are welded to side walls of the recuperator. 
     
     
         3 . Air handling unit according to  claim 1 , wherein the inclined lip has an inclination angle comprised between 10° and 80°. 
     
     
         4 . Air handling unit according to  claim 3 , wherein the inclination angle of the inclined lip is equal to 25°.
