A wrist panel is attached to a first portion of the thumb panel and to a first portion of the thenar panel on the palm-side, at least a section of the wrist panel being attached to the back-side of the glove. A gusset joins the palm-side to the back-side. Anti-microbial materials are disposed on the palm-side and the back-side preventing the spreading and collection of microogranisms and/or viruses on the palm-side and back-side.
