Smoothie vending machine mounting plate

Abstract

A mounting plate for a smoothie vending machine vertically disposed on the housing of the vending machine. The mounting plate is vertically hinged and swingable outward from the housing. The mounting plate is positioned and arranged between a front door of the smoothie vending machine and a plurality of smoothie dispensing tanks contained in the housing. The mounting plate is positioned and arranged to swing open to enable access to the smoothie dispensing tanks and a plurality of blender motors for refilling and maintenance. A means for retrieving and moving a cup are disposed on the mounting plate.

1 . A mounting plate for a smoothie vending machine having a housing comprising:
 a mounting plate vertically disposed on the housing;   wherein the mounting plate is vertically hinged;   wherein the mounting plate is swingable outward from the housing;   wherein the mounting plate is positioned and arranged between a front door of the smoothie vending machine and a plurality of smoothie dispensing tanks contained in the housing;   wherein the mounting plate is positioned and arranged to swing open to enable access to the smoothie dispensing tanks and a plurality of blender DC motors for refilling and maintenance; and   wherein cup retrieving and moving means are disposed on the mounting plate.   
     
     
         2 . The mounting plate of  claim 1  wherein the front door and the mounting plate are positioned and arranged to swing in opposite directions from each other. 
     
     
         3 . The mounting plate of  claim 1  comprising a spring loaded release device disposed on the mounting plate. 
     
     
         4 . The mounting plate of  claim 1  comprising a mount bracket spring loaded pull knob. 
     
     
         5 . The mounting plate of  claim 1  comprising an inner mount plate bracket, whereby the mounting plate is vertically hinged. 
     
     
         6 . The mounting plate of  claim 5  wherein the inner mount plate bracket is a hinged metal bracket attached to the inner mount plate and the housing. 
     
     
         7 . The mounting plate of  claim 5  wherein the inner mount plate bracket comprises a piano hinge. 
     
     
         8 . The mounting plate of  claim 1  further comprising:
 extendable shelving for holding the smoothie dispensing tanks; and 
 wherein the mounting plate is hinged to swing open to enable the smoothie dispensing tanks and the extendable shelving to be fully extended from a chassis cabinet of the housing. 
 
     
     
         9 . The mounting plate of  claim 1  wherein a linear rail guide system is attached to the mounting plate. 
     
     
         10 . The mounting plate of  claim 9  wherein a hole is disposed on the mounting plate to provide access from a door on a front of the smoothie vending machine to a filled cup that is positioned behind the mounting plate by the linear rail guide system. 
     
     
         11 . The mounting plate of  claim 10  wherein the hole is a rectangular opening. 
     
     
         12 . The mounting plate of  claim 9  wherein an upper horizontal rail spans across an upper edge of the mounting plate. 
     
     
         13 . The mounting plate of  claim 9  wherein a lower horizontal rail spans across a lower edge of the mounting plate. 
     
     
         14 . The mounting plate of  claim 9  wherein a linear rail is positioned on the right edge of the inner mount plate. 
     
     
         15 . The mounting plate of  claim 9  wherein a linear rail is positioned on the left edge of the inner mount plate. 
     
     
         16 . The mounting plate of  claim 9  comprising a micro switch mount plate welded onto the mounting plate. 
     
     
         17 . The mounting plate of  claim 9  comprising a stepper motor mount plate disposed on the mounting plate. 
     
     
         18 . The mounting plate of  claim 9  comprising a 2-phase stepper motor disposed on the stepper motor mount plate.
