Makeup solid brush head and application thereof

Abstract

A makeup applicator head, adapted for applying cosmetic material on skin surface of user, includes an applicator body having at least an exterior surface portion forming a makeup surface which is a continuous surface made of rigid material and configured for attaching the cosmetic material thereon. The makeup surface has at least an end portion makeup surface and at least one side portion makeup surface extended from the end portion makeup surface towards the connection end.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A makeup solid brush head, adapted for applying cosmetic material on skin surface of user, comprising:
 a connection member; and   an applicator body having an exterior surface made of rigid material, a free end and a connection end coupled to said connection member, wherein at least a portion of said exterior surface of said applicator body forms at least one makeup surface configured for attaching the cosmetic material thereon, wherein said applicator body provides one or more applying surfaces, curved surfaces, edges, and leading corners with different angles and inclinations respectively for applying a plurality of makeup means selected from the group consisting of tipping, tapping, brushing, smearing, scribbling, rubbing, wiping, pasting, sticking, and sweeping.   
     
     
         2 . The makeup solid brush head, as recited in  claim 1 , wherein said at least one makeup surface has at least an end portion makeup surface and at least one side portion makeup surface extended from said end portion makeup surface towards said connection end. 
     
     
         3 . The makeup solid brush head, as recited in  claim 2 , wherein at least a portion of said at least one side portion makeup surface is a curved surface having a curvature for fitting on the skin surface of the user. 
     
     
         4 . The makeup solid brush head, as recited in  claim 2 , wherein said side portion makeup surface is a curved surface which is formed at a side of said free end of said applicator body and protruded outwardly. 
     
     
         5 . The makeup solid brush head, as recited in  claim 2 , wherein a cross sectional area of said applicator body is gradually increased, from said connection end, and then gradually reduced towards said free end. 
     
     
         6 . The makeup solid brush head, as recited in  claim 2 , wherein said applicator body has a receiving channel and an opening provided at said makeup surface and communicated with said receiving channel. 
     
     
         7 . The makeup solid brush head, as recited in  claim 2 , wherein said at least one side portion makeup surface includes a convex face side portion makeup surface, an opposing concave face side portion makeup surface, and two opposing elongated edge side portion makeup surfaces configured to form a shovel shape, wherein said convex face side portion makeup surface and said concave face side portion makeup surface are formed at two opposing front and rear face sides of said applicator body respectively, and said two elongated edge side portion makeup surfaces are formed at left and right peripheral edge sides of said applicator body respectively, wherein said convex face side portion makeup surface and said concave face side portion makeup surface are larger than said two elongated edge side portion makeup surfaces. 
     
     
         8 . The makeup solid brush head, as recited in  claim 2 , wherein said applicator body is made of rigid material selected from the group at least consisting of metal, ceramics, plastic and the like. 
     
     
         9 . A makeup applicator set, comprising:
 at least one makeup applicator which comprises a supporting element; and   a makeup applicator head, adapted for applying cosmetic material on skin surface of user, comprising:   a connection member connected with said at least one connection member; and   an applicator body, which exterior surface is made of rigid material, having a free end and a connection end connected to said connection member, wherein at least an exterior surface portion of said applicator body forms a makeup surface configured for attaching the cosmetic material thereon, wherein said applicator body provides one or more applying surfaces, curved surfaces, edges, and leading corners with different angles and inclinations respectively for applying a plurality of makeup means selected from the group consisting of tipping, tapping, brushing, smearing, scribbling, rubbing, wiping, pasting, sticking, and sweeping.   
     
     
         10 . The makeup applicator set, as recited in  claim 9 , wherein said makeup surface has at least an end portion makeup surface and at least one side portion makeup surface extended from said end portion makeup surface towards said connection end. 
     
     
         11 . The makeup applicator set, as recited in  claim 10 , wherein at least a portion of said at least one side portion makeup surface is a curved surface having a curvature for fitting on the skin surface of the user. 
     
     
         12 . The makeup applicator set, as recited in  claim 10 , wherein the side portion makeup surface is a curved surface which is formed at a side of said free end of said applicator body and protruded outwardly. 
     
     
         13 . The makeup applicator set, as recited in  claim 10 , wherein a cross sectional area of said applicator body is gradually increased, from said connection end, and then gradually reduced towards said free end. 
     
     
         14 . The makeup applicator set, as recited in  claim 10 , wherein said applicator body has a receiving channel and an opening provided at said makeup surface and communicated with said receiving channel. 
     
     
         15 . The makeup applicator set, as recited in  claim 10 , wherein said at least one side portion makeup surface includes a convex face side portion makeup surface, an opposing concave face side portion makeup surface, and two opposing elongated edge side portion makeup surfaces configured to form a shovel shape, wherein said convex face side portion makeup surface and said concave face side portion makeup surface are formed at two opposing front and rear face sides of said applicator body respectively, and said two elongated edge side portion makeup surfaces are formed at left and right peripheral edge sides of said applicator body respectively, wherein said convex face side portion makeup surface and said concave face side portion makeup surface are larger than said two elongated edge side portion makeup surfaces. 
     
     
         16 . The makeup applicator set, as recited in  claim 10 , wherein said applicator body is made of rigid material selected from the group at least consisting of metal, ceramics, plastic, and the like. 
     
     
         17 . The makeup applicator set, as recited in  claim 15 , wherein said applicator body is made of rigid material selected from the group at least consisting of metal, ceramics, plastic, and the like. 
     
     
         18 . The makeup applicator set, as recited in  claim 10 , further comprising a cosmetic container, having a container opening and a receiving cavity, and an inner plugging member arranged to be installed at said container opening of said cosmetic container, wherein said plugging member has a peripheral inner surface surrounding and defining a limiting passage and provides one or more cutoffs each of which is outwardly and radially formed and extended from said inner surface of said plugging member, wherein said supporting element coupled with said connection member of said makeup applicator body is arranged to be extended into said receiving cavity, such that when said makeup applicator is pulled out from said cosmetic container, said connection member is firstly passed through said limiting passage and pressed against said inner surface of said plugging member for scraping off the cosmetic material attached on said connection member, and then said makeup applicator head passes through said limiting passage, wherein said applicator body of said makeup applicator head which has at least a portion having a sectional size smaller than a size of said limiting passage, so that at least a residual portion of the cosmetic material attached on said makeup applicator head is retained on said makeup surface of said applicator body. 
     
     
         19 . A makeup applicator head, adapted for applying cosmetic material on skin surface of user, comprising:
 an applicator body having at least an exterior surface portion forming a makeup surface which is a continuous surface made of rigid material and configured for attaching the cosmetic material thereon.   
     
     
         20 . The makeup applicator head, as recited in  claim 19 , wherein said makeup surface has at least an end portion makeup surface and at least one side portion makeup surface extended from said end portion makeup surface towards said connection end. 
     
     
         21 . The makeup applicator head, as recited in  claim 20 , wherein at least a portion of said at least one side portion makeup surface is a curved surface having a curvature for fitting on the skin surface of the user. 
     
     
         22 . The makeup applicator head, as recited in  claim 20 , wherein the side portion makeup surface is a curved surface which is formed at a side of said free end of said applicator body and protruded outwardly. 
     
     
         23 . The makeup applicator head, as recited in  claim 20 , wherein said at least one side portion makeup surface includes a convex face side portion makeup surface, an opposing concave face side portion makeup surface, and two opposing elongated edge side portion makeup surfaces configured to form a shovel shape, wherein said convex face side portion makeup surface and said concave face side portion makeup surface are formed at two opposing front and rear face sides of said applicator body respectively, and said two elongated edge side portion makeup surfaces are formed at left and right peripheral edge sides of said applicator body respectively, wherein said convex face side portion makeup surface and said concave face side portion makeup surface are larger than said two elongated edge side portion makeup surfaces. 
     
     
         24 . The makeup applicator head, as recited in  claim 20 , wherein said makeup surface has a constant distance between any two points thereof. 
     
     
         25 . The makeup applicator head, as recited in  claim 20 , wherein said applicator body has a receiving channel and an opening provided at said makeup surface and communicated with said receiving channel. 
     
     
         26 . The makeup applicator head, as recited in  claim 20 , wherein said applicator body is made of rigid material selected from the group at least consisting of metal, ceramics, plastic, and the like. 
     
     
         27 . A makeup applicator set, comprising:
 at least one supporting element; and   at least one makeup applicator head, adapted for applying cosmetic material on skin surface of user, comprising   a connection member connected with said at least one connection member; and   an applicator body, having a free end and connection end connected to said connection member, wherein at least an exterior surface portion of said applicator body forms a makeup surface which is continuous surface made of rigid material and configured for attaching the cosmetic material thereon.   
     
     
         28 . The makeup applicator set, as recited in  claim 27 , wherein said makeup surface has a constant distance between any two points thereof. 
     
     
         29 . The makeup applicator set, as recited in  claim 27 , wherein said connection member is elongated and extended from said makeup applicator head and is detachably connected with said makeup applicator head. 
     
     
         30 . The makeup applicator set, as recited in  claim 27 , further comprising a cosmetic container, having a container opening and a receiving cavity, and an inner plugging member arranged to be installed at said container opening of said cosmetic container, wherein said plugging member has a peripheral inner surface surrounding and defining a limiting passage and provides one or more cutoffs each of which is outwardly and radially formed and extended from said inner surface of said plugging member, wherein said supporting element coupled with said connection member of said makeup applicator body is arranged to be extended into said receiving cavity, such that when said makeup applicator is pulled out from said cosmetic container, said connection member is firstly passed through said limiting passage and pressed against said inner surface of said plugging member for scraping off the cosmetic material attached on said connection member, and then said makeup applicator head passes through said limiting passage, wherein said applicator body of said makeup applicator head which has at least a portion having a sectional size smaller than a size of said limiting passage, so that at least a residual portion of the cosmetic material attached on said makeup applicator head is retained on said makeup surface of said applicator body.
