Abstract
A false eyelash system comprised of upper and lower eyelash assemblies, each including a magnetic and/or metallic element, the assemblies are frictionally secured through magnetic attraction to the wearer's natural eyelash which is sandwiched therebetween.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 .- 16 . (canceled)
17 . A false eyelash system comprising:
an upper eyelash assembly configured to be positioned on top of a wearer's upper eyelash;
the upper eyelash assembly including a substrate strip long enough to substantially cover at least a portion of the wearer's eyelid edge, the substrate strip including a first surface, a second surface and opposing distal ends;
hairs attached to the upper eyelash assembly substrate strip; and,
a plurality of magnetic elements attached at discrete locations along the first surface of the upper eyelash assembly substrate strip.
18 . The false eyelash system of claim 17 wherein the plurality of magnetic elements include a magnetic element attached at each upper eyelash assembly substrate strip distal end.
19 . The false eyelash system of claim 17 wherein the plurality of magnetic elements include at least one magnetic element attached at a location between the upper eyelash assembly substrate strip distal ends.
20 . A false eyelash system comprising:
an upper eyelash assembly configured to be positioned on top of a wearer's upper eyelash;
the upper eyelash assembly including an upper substrate strip long enough to substantially cover at least a portion of the wearer's eyelid edge, the upper substrate strip including a first distal end and a second distal end;
hairs attached to the upper eyelash assembly substrate strip;
at least one magnetic element attached to the upper eyelash assembly substrate strip;
a lower eyelash assembly configured to be positioned under the wearer's upper eyelash;
the lower eyelash assembly including a lower substrate strip adapted to cover a portion of the wearer's eyelid edge, the lower substrate strip including a first distal end and a second distal end;
hairs attached to the lower eyelash assembly substrate strip;
at least one magnetic element attached to the lower eyelash assembly substrate strip; and,
whereby placement of the upper eyelash assembly on top of the wearer's upper eyelash, adjacent the wearer's upper eyelid edge, and placement of the lower eyelash assembly under the wearer's upper eyelash, adjacent the wearer's eyelid edge, allows engagement of the lower eyelash assembly to the upper eyelash assembly.
21 . The false eyelash system of claim 20 wherein a magnetic element is attached at the upper substrate strip first distal end.
22 . The false eyelash system of claim 20 wherein the upper eyelash assembly substrate strip and the lower eyelash assembly substrate strip have the same length.
23 . The false eyelash system of claim 20 wherein a magnetic element is attached at the lower eyelash assembly substrate strip first distal end.
24 . The false eyelash system of claim 17 wherein the plurality of magnetic elements include a magnetic element attached near each upper eyelash assembly substrate strip distal end.
25 . The false eyelash system of claim 20 wherein a magnetic element is attached near the upper substrate strip first distal end.
26 . The false eyelash system of claim 20 wherein a magnetic element is attached at the upper substrate strip first distal end and a magnetic element is attached at the upper substrate strip second distal end.
27 . The false eyelash system of claim 20 wherein a magnetic element is attached near the upper substrate strip first distal end and a magnetic element is attached near the upper substrate strip second distal end.
28 . The false eyelash system of claim 20 wherein a magnetic element is attached near the lower substrate strip first distal end.
29 . The false eyelash system of claim 20 wherein a magnetic clement is attached at the lower substrate strip first distal end and a magnetic element is attached at the lower substrate strip second distal end.
30 . The false eyelash system of claim 20 wherein a magnetic element is attached near the lower substrate strip first distal end and a magnetic clement is attached near the lower substrate strip second distal end.
31 . The false eyelash system of claim 20 wherein a magnetic clement is attached at a location between the upper substrate strip first distal end and the upper substrate strip second distal end.
32 . The false eyelash system of claim 20 including a magnetic element attached at a location between the lower substrate strip first distal end and the lower substrate strip second distal end.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
