Method And System For Maintaining Integrity Of A User's Life State Information

Abstract

A method for enabling a user to view information filtered to align with the user's life state includes enabling the user to register and become a member of an information delivery system. The user provides the information about the user's life state. This information may include at least demographic information, ethnic information, social information and psychological information. The user may grant partners permission to access the information about the user's life. The granting of the permissions is performed and controlled by the user and may be limited to some information about the user's life. The partners are also members of the information delivery system. The partners are evaluated using a set of criteria before they become members of the information delivery system. The partners may use the information about the user's life to filter its information according to the information about the user's life. The method also enables the partner to participate in a marketplace to procure the information about the user's life, to rate the user according to the user's behavior, and to enable search engines to filter search results according to the information about the user's life.

         12 . An information delivery server system (IDSS) for receiving a user's Life State data, the IDSS comprising:
 a processing unit;   a system memory;   a system bus;   a link to a network; and   readable media containing instructions to enable the IDSS to communicate through the network with a computing device in the user's possession;   wherein the computing device generates information about the Life State of the user, the generated information including the location of the computing device;   wherein Life View data on the IDSS includes permission to access and store the Life View data, and the IDSS in receipt of the location information; and   wherein the location information is added to the Life View data when the permission is affirmative.   
     
     
         13 . The IDSS of  claim 12 , wherein the computing device comprises any of a cell phone, a smart phone, a computing tablet, notebook PC, or desktop computer. 
     
     
         14 . The IDSS of  claim 13 , further comprising a partner with access to a portion of the data within the IDSS, the portion of data including a subset of a user's Life View, wherein the partner transmits information to the user after receipt of the location information generated by the user's computing device. 
     
     
         15 . The IDSS of  claim 14 , further comprising data that is relevant to the user based on the accessed portion of the user's Life View. 
     
     
         16 . A client mobile computing system comprising:
 a wireless network and a smart phone, cell phone or portable computer;   a system memory for storing a protocol for accessing the wireless network;   a processor for using the protocol to transmit information relevant to a user's Life State through the wireless network to an information delivery server; and   a display;   wherein the information relevant to the user's Life State comprises the status of the user's permission for a partner to access portions of the user's aggregated Life State information.   
     
     
         17 . The client mobile computing system of  claim 16 , wherein the status of the user's permission further comprises a denial of access for the partner.

The client mobile computing system of  claim 16 , wherein upon a user accessing an aggregation of the user's Life State information, portions of the Life State information are displayed on the client mobile computing system, and the user can delete or deactivate the portions of the Life State information.

The client mobile computing system of  claim 16 , wherein upon a user accessing the user's Life State information, portions of the Life State information are displayed on the client mobile computing system, and the user can delete or deactivate the portions of the Life State information. 
     
     
         20 . The client mobile computing system of  claim 16 , wherein upon receipt of a denial of permission to access the portion of the user's Life State information, the partner deletes the Life State information from the partner's possession. 
     
     
         21 . The client mobile computing system of  claim 16 , wherein upon receipt of an affirmative grant of permission to access the portion of the user's Life View, the partner receives the Life View information. 
     
     
         22 . The client mobile computing system of  claim 21 , wherein the partner can add additional data to the user's Life View after receiving the user's Life View information. 
     
     
         23 . A marketplace system comprising:
 an information delivery server system (IDS) having access to a user's Life State information comprising current geographic location data of the user, and attributes and sub-attributes of relevance to the user's needs or preferences;   wherein the IDS is in communication with one or more partners in possession or control of goods, services or information relating to the user's attributes and sub-attributes of relevance;   wherein the IDS includes security and gatekeeping features to enhance the privacy of the user, the security and gatekeeping features comprised of permissions determined by the user;   wherein a communication from the one or more partners comprises a request to access a portion of the user's Life State attributes and sub-attributes; and   wherein the communication further comprises an offer of compensation in return for the access to the portion of the user's Life State information.   
     
     
         24 . The marketplace system of  claim 23 , further comprising: a processing unit; a system memory; a system bus; a link to a network; and readable media containing instructions to enable the marketplace system to communicate through the network. 
     
     
         25 . The marketplace system of  claim 23 , wherein the IDS further comprises: a processing unit; a system memory; a system bus; a link to a network; and readable media containing instructions to enable the IDS to communicate through the network. 
     
     
         26 . The marketplace system of  claim 23 , wherein the security and gatekeeping features further comprise granting or denying the one or more partners access to the user's Life View information. 
     
     
         27 . The marketplace system of  claim 23 , wherein the IDS is configured to assess a fee to be paid by the one or more partners, the fee being in exchange for access to portions of a user's Life View information, the fee comprising cash, products, services or information, and the portion comprising location information of the user. 
     
     
         28 . The marketplace system of  claim 27 , wherein a percentage of the fee assessed to the one or more partners for access to a portion of the user's Life View information is paid to the user.
