Abstract

The present application provides a communication method, a terminal, and a network device. The communication method in the present application comprises: a terminal receives first indication information sent by a network device, the first indication information being used for indicating a first resource; and the terminal sends, according to the first indication information, an uplink channel or an uplink signal to the network device by using a third resource within the second resource, the third resource being a resource that is located in the second resource and that is not overlapped with the first resource. The communication method, the terminal and the network device provided in the present application can flexibly improve the utilization rate of resources.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A method for transmitting an uplink channel, comprising:
receiving, by a terminal, first indication information, the first indication information being used to indicate a first resource; determining, by the terminal, according to the first indication information, a third resource for transmitting the uplink channel, wherein the third resource is within a second resource and non-overlapping with the first resource; obtaining, by the terminal, according to a number of resource units in the third resource, modulated symbols, wherein a number of the modulated symbols is equal to the number of the resource units, and the modulated symbols are obtained by modulating the uplink channel on which rate matching has been performed; and mapping, by the terminal, the same number of modulated symbols to the third resource.

2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein a time domain symbol of the first resource is indicated by the first indication information.

3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the first resource comprises N time domain symbols, the third resource comprises M time domain symbols, the M time domain symbols exclude the N time domain symbols, N is a nonnegative integer, and M is a positive integer.

4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the uplink channel comprises a Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH).

5 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the first indication information is carried in a high-level signaling.

6 . A method for receiving an uplink channel, comprising:
transmitting, by a network device, first indication information, the first indication information being used to indicate a first resource; receiving, by the network device, an uplink channel transmitted by a terminal on a third resource according to the first indication information, wherein the third resource is within a second resource and non-overlapping with the first resource; and acquiring, by the network device, modulated symbols corresponding to the uplink channel on resource units in the third resource, wherein a number of the modulated symbols is equal to a number of the resource units.

7 . The method of claim 6 , wherein a time domain symbol of the first resource is indicated by the first indication information.

8 . The method of claim 6 , wherein the first resource comprises N time domain symbols, the third resource comprises M time domain symbols, the M time domain symbols exclude the N time domain symbols, N is a nonnegative integer, and M is a positive integer.

9 . The method of claim 6 , wherein the uplink channel comprises a Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH).

10 . The method of claim 6 , wherein the first indication information is carried in a high-level signaling.

         11 . A terminal, comprising:
a processor; and a memory storing program codes, which, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform one or more actions comprising: receiving first indication information, the first indication information being used to indicate a first resource; determining, according to the first indication information, a third resource for transmitting the uplink channel, wherein the third resource is within a second resource and non-overlapping with the first resource; obtaining, according to a number of resource units in the third resource, modulated symbols, wherein a number of the modulated symbols is equal to the number of the resource units, and the modulated symbols are obtained by modulating the uplink channel on which rate matching has been performed; and mapping, the same number of modulated symbols to the third resource.

12 . The terminal of claim 11 , wherein a time domain symbol of the first resource is indicated by the first indication information.

13 . The terminal of claim 11 , wherein the first resource comprises N time domain symbols, the third resource comprises M time domain symbols, the M time domain symbols exclude the N time domain symbols, N is a nonnegative integer, and M is a positive integer.

14 . The terminal of claim 11 , wherein the uplink channel comprises a Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH).

15 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the first indication information is carried in a high-level signaling.
