Abstract

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide for compounds and methods of making compounds such as those shown in FIG. 1.1A and 1.1B having formula 2, 3, 4, 5, 11, and 12 and formula 2′, 4′, and 11′, as well as uses for the compounds for imaging, and the like.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 - 6 . (canceled)

7 . A method of imaging an activated T Cell in a subject comprising:
administering to the subject a compound having formula 3 so that the compound is phosphorylated by deoxyguanosine kinase present in activated T Cells in the subject; and imaging the subject, wherein: detecting the presence of the compound corresponds to the presence of the activated T cell; the method localizes and/or quantifies T Cells and/or T lymphoblasts in the subject; and formula 3 is represented by the following structure,

         wherein 1st is 18 F; and
         R′ is:

8 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the method identifies detection of a disease of T cell origin

9 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the method identifies a subject with a graft versus a host disease (GVHD).

10 . A composition of matter comprising formula 3 represented by the following structure:

         wherein 1st is 18 F; and
         R′ is:

11 . The composition of claim 4 , further comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable diluent.
