Abstract

A holding device for cards and/or bank notes, contains a housing, which is open on the top and has a base, wherein the base has lateral webs, which protrude upward and are spaced apart from one another. To easily produce a housing of a holding device for cards and/or bank notes and, in doing so, maximally protect the cards and/or bank notes to be inserted, the the housing is produced by powder injection molding and/or the housing has at least one lubricant.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A holding device for cards and/or bank notes, containing an upwardly open housing ( 2 ), which has a base ( 6 ), wherein the base ( 6 ) has side members ( 10 , 12 ), which protrude upwards and which are arranged at a distance to each other,
 wherein the housing ( 2 ) is produced by way of powder injection molding, and/or the housing ( 2 ) has at least one sliding means ( 113 , 113 ′, 113 ″, 113 ′″, 113 a , 113 b ).

2 . The holding device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the housing ( 2 ) comprises metal or consists of metal.

3 . The holding device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the housing ( 2 ) comprises a ceramic or consists of a ceramic.

         4 . The holding device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the sliding means ( 113 , 113 ′, 113 ″, 113 ′″, 113 a , 113 b ) is assigned to the base ( 6 ) and its sliding surface ( 114 , 114 ′, 114 ″, 114 a , 114 b ) is accessible from above in such a way that a credit card can slide on the sliding means ( 113 , 113 ′, 113 ″, 113 ′″, 113 a , 113 b ) in the case of the introduction into the housing ( 2 ).

         5 . The holding device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the sliding means ( 113 , 113 ′, 113 ″, 113 ′″, 113 a , 113 b ) is received at least partially in a clearance ( 115 , 115 ′, 115 ″) or depression of the base ( 6 ), with the result that its sliding surface ( 114 , 114 ′, 114 ″, 114 a , 114 b ) protrudes at least partially from the base ( 6 ) and/or lies at least partially at a lower level than the base ( 6 ).

         6 . The holding device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the sliding means ( 113 ′, 113 ″, 113 ′″) projects by way of its sliding surface ( 114 ′, 114 ″) from the base ( 6 ) or protrudes from a clearance ( 115 , 115 ′, 115 ″) or depression of the base ( 6 ) in such a way that the surface ( 114 ′, 114 ″) is inclined at least partially with respect to the base ( 6 ) and configures a ramp.

         7 . The holding device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a plurality of sliding means ( 113 , 113 ′, 113 ″, 113 ′″, 113 a , 113 b ) are provided.

         8 . The holding device as claimed in claim 7 , wherein a plurality of sliding means ( 113 a , 113 b ) are provided, wherein the sliding surface ( 114 a , 114 b ) of a rear sliding means ( 113 a ) in the insertion direction has a higher coefficient of friction than the sliding surface ( 114 b ) of a front sliding means ( 113 b ) in the insertion direction.

         9 . The holding device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the sliding means ( 113 , 113 ′, 113 ″, 113 ′″, 113 a , 113 b ) is manufactured from a plastic, a textile material, from leather or from synthetic leather.

10 . The holding device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the housing ( 2 ) is assigned one or more clips ( 4 ) made from plastic, and/or wherein one or more clips ( 4 ) is/are arranged in the housing ( 2 ) in a reversibly removable manner.

         11 . The holding device as claimed in claim 10 , wherein a clip ( 4 ) has at least one plug-in tongue ( 4 a ) for plugging into a slot ( 117 ) of the housing ( 2 ), wherein a clearance ( 4 b ) is configured in the plug-in tongue ( 4 a ).

12 . The holding device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the housing ( 2 ) consists of a precious metal or comprises a precious metal of this type.

13 . The holding device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein, together with the base ( 6 ), the side members ( 10 , 12 ) configure, at least in sections, an insertion compartment which has an insertion width (E) at least in sections along a defined clamping length (K), which insertion width (E) is greater than 52 mm and smaller than 53.98 mm.

14 . The holding device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein at least one clip ( 4 ) is provided which engages from above into the upwardly open housing ( 2 ), wherein, if neither cards nor bank notes are placed in the housing ( 2 ), the at least one clip ( 4 ) is situated partially between the side members ( 10 , 12 ) and extends with a free end ( 36 ) at least approximately as far as the base ( 6 ).
