Abstract

A light emitting apparatus and a window. The light emitting apparatus includes a liquid crystal device that includes a support substrate, a first electrode, a liquid crystal layer, and a sacrificial structure, separating the sacrificial structure from the liquid crystal layer to expose one surface of the liquid crystal layer, and a second electrode on the one surface of the liquid crystal layer.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A window comprising:
 a glass layer;   a liquid crystal device disposed on the glass layer and comprising a support substrate, a first electrode, and a liquid crystal layer, which are stacked; and   a second electrode disposed between the glass layer and the liquid crystal device,   wherein the second electrode is in physical direct contact with the glass layer and the liquid crystal layer.   
     
     
         2 . The window of  claim 1 , wherein the liquid crystal layer comprises a polymer and liquid crystal molecules.
