Intrinsic Incrementally Adjustable Harness Attachment and Support Apparatus

Abstract

In view of the preceding, this patent application discloses, an intrinsic incrementally adjustable harness attachment and support apparatus, that attach's to and or envelopes a user's U-shaped travel cushion, thereby configured to pull upward and abaft anchoring the attachment and support apparatus to the headrest and armrests of said user's seat. The harness attachment and support apparatus utilizing the connected coercion of closed loops comprised with the weight of the user's head, neck, and upper torso restrains the user's head from moving laterally or frontally therefore allowing the user to repose in a vertically seated position.

What is claimed: 
     
         1 . An intrinsic incrementally adjustable harness attachment and support apparatus allowing the user to repose in an upright seated position comprising:
 a) A harness assembly and support apparatus for the user's U-shaped travel cushion, that restrains the user's head from moving laterally or frontally, through a connected coercion of closed loops, and the user's seat and user's armrests.   b) A cushion dispensable on top of the user's shoulders, the cushion sized to establish a foundation for the head of the users when reposing in a seat.   c) One or more straps, configured to receive said harness and support apparatus, forming a continuous suspension assembly said assembly generating an ancillary suspension member configured to be operable to firmly fixed and or be releasable and elastically deform to encircle a perimeter of another structure connecting said harness assembly to the user's headrest and or seat.   d) A second suspension assembly, extending from the harness attachment's cavity, configured to define an ascensional loop engagement.   e) One or more straps configured to receive said guide, forming a continuous suspension assembly to be operable to firmly fixed and or be releasable to encircle a plurality of different orientations, such as the armrests of the user's seat.   f) An alternative embodiment, a small pillow linked to second suspension member through a joining engagement element.   
     
     
         1 . The intrinsic incrementally adjustable harness attachment and support apparatus of claim ( 1   a ), wherein, the harness assembly and support apparatus, for the user's U-shaped travel cushion adapted to receive the neck of the user, comprising, a cavity located adjacent the back of the neck of the user, said cavity receiving suspension members, generating an ascensional loop engagement for the user's U-shaped pillow and one or more straps whereby the harness support apparatus is configured to attach to the headrest of said user. An elongated guide, extending behind the back of the user comprising one or more straps that elastically deforms to the arms of the user's seat. The harness assembly restrains the user's head from moving laterally or frontally, through the supportive closed loops strained reward and the ascensional connected coercion, between the intrinsic incrementally adjustable harness attachment and support apparatus's, and the headrest and arms of the user's seat:
 includes a first joining element, and a second joining receiving element; said first and second end unite generating the enveloping of the U-shaped travel cushion;   a cavity located adjacent the back of the neck of the user, assisting in passage of a first belt assembly and an ancillary suspension member, extending abaft, whereby the harness support apparatus is configured to attach to the headrest or perimeter of another structure of said user;   said cavity is also acceptant of a second forefront suspension assembly defining a pillow engagement loop.   formed from durable materials such as neoprene and other poly-materials, interfacing, webbing, plastics, trims and or joining elements;   
     
     
         2 . The intrinsic incrementally adjustable harness attachment and support apparatus of claim, ( 1   b ), wherein the adjustable harness includes a U-shaped cushion is further defined:
 can extend a cushion semidiameter length along a curvilinear path and can extend from a first end to a midpoint position and to a second end ( ), as to define a U-shaped travel cushion;   composed of memory foam, foam, micro beads, hulls, polyester or can be inflatable.   
     
     
         3 . The intrinsic incrementally adjustable harness attachment and support apparatus of claim ( 1   c ), wherein the first suspension member is further defined as:
 utilizes one or more straps to elastically deform to encircle a perimeter of another structure;   first and second ends forming a closed loop and are configured to elastically deform to encircle a perimeter of another structure;   one or more straps having a means for altering with resistance the length of said one or more straps said altering means adjusts to function to alter with resistance the length of the closed loop with respect to the head and the neck of the user;   said first elongate member in a plurality of different orientations, inclusive of a male working end and a female receiving end whereby said resistant assembly is operable to be firmly fixed, and be releasable to encircle a plurality of different size;   inclusive of a male working end and a female receiving end that can be fastened together;   can be firmly fixed to the first expanded member along a belt length;   fasten firmly refers to joined or united supporting the stress of the assembly;   adjustable or modifiable having excessive length   generating an ancillary member.   
     
     
         4 . The intrinsic incrementally adjustable harness attachment and support apparatus of claim ( 1   c ), wherein the ancillary member is further defined:
 configured to dispose from the opposed ends of the cavity and on the left and the right of the back of the first suspension member forming a semi-circular loop;   one or more straps having the means to be vertically altered with resistance said altering means to function to alter with resistance the height of the semi-circular loop with respect to the user;   the joining member can define a non-adjustable portion of the suspension member length;   the joining member and said expanding member extending from the fluctuating engagement loop can be alterable;   the suspension member length can be defined by a combination of lengths of the joining member, the fluctuating engagement loop member, and the expanding member;   
     
     
         5 . The intrinsic incrementally adjustable harness attachment and support apparatus of claim ( 1   d ), wherein the adjustable harness second suspension member is further defined:
 extending forefront on opposing ends of the cavity of the harness assembly;   of flexible material adjustable in length generating an ascensional loop forming member as to adapt the suspension member to the user's U-shaped travel cushion configured to define said respective cushion engagement loop suspension element;   said first and second cording end receptive of a cord lock, configured to adjust the tension and fasten the loop through a cinching feature;   said second suspension member can be of polyester, nylon, elastic or plastics;   said second suspension exterior aperture member can further comprise a snap-lock fastener configured to be firmly fixed and releasable to said second suspension members generating a semi figure eight secured suspension element.   
     
     
         6 . The intrinsic incrementally adjustable harness attachment and support apparatus of claim ( 1   e ), wherein the third suspension member expanded from the guide is further defined:
 including a first expanded member of flexible material extending a belt length between a first and a second end configured, to elastically deform creating a loop to surround a perimeter of another structure:   said suspension member is operable to be firmly fixed and releasable to encircle a plurality of different orientations;   inclusive of a male resistant end and female receiving end;   the male resistant end is adjustable and controls the first expanded member;   the adjustment/resistant end means to function to adjust with resistance, providing upward and abaft force, while distributing weight between the guide and the arms of the seat of the user;   fasten firmly refers to joined or united supporting the stress of the assembly;   adjustable/modifiable having excessive length.   
     
     
         7 . The intrinsic incrementally adjustable harness attachment and support apparatus of claim ( 1   f ), wherein further comprising, a small pillow is further defined:
 receives the head of the user';   the pillow comprising of polyester, nylon or other materials; the fill, comprising of at least a portion of memory foam and foam hulls, polyester or can be inflatable;   a joining member defined as an operatively connected and adjustable, forming a flat engagement element   providing varying heights of support to the user's neck and chin, allowing for increased comfort and support of the user's head and neck   
     
     
         8 . The intrinsic incrementally adjustable harness attachment of  claim 1 , wherein said modifying means comprises a means for adjusting selected from the group of a cord adjustment assembly, a buckle adjustment assembly, and or strap adjusters. 
     
     
         9 . The intrinsic incrementally adjustable harness attachment of  claim 1 , wherein said modifying means comprises a flexible webbing, belt assemblies, strap adjusters, cording, cord locks snaps and fasteners forming closed loops. 
     
     
         10 . A technique of aiding the head of a traveler in a forward disposed position to allow the traveler to rest while sitting in a vertical position, the steps including:
 (a) Positioning the user's U-shaped travel cushion over the opened intrinsic incrementally adjustable harness attachment, while inserting the user's U-shaped travel cushion into the semi-figured eight ascensional suspension element, cinching the support system until snug, then enveloping the harness assembly of the U-shaped travel cushion, uniting the joining elements of the harness attachment securing it to the u shaped travel cushion, then;   (b) Arranging the first suspension member and the semi-circular ancillary member over the user's headrest, said headrest accepting and receiving the belt assembly, vertically modifying the strap adjusters, then altering and fastening the belt assembly engaging the loop, whereby said belt assembly having a means for adjustment to alter with resistance, next;   (c) Attaching the third and fourth suspension member disposed from the opposing ends of the kite like tail of the harness assembly to armrests of the seat of said user by accepting and receiving the first and second end of the belt assembly forming additional closed loops, whereby said belt assembly having a means for adjustment to alter with resistance, next;   (d) Seating their self, said user of the U-shaped travel cushion positions their neck into the intrinsic incrementally adjustable harness attachment assembly, adjusting the third and fourth suspension member disposed to the left and right of their arms, to their preferred level of comfort. The gap at the front of the U-shaped travel cushion may then be closed.   (e) The user of the U-shaped travel cushion may add the small pillow on top of the harness attachment by inserting the engagement element over and under the second suspension member.
