Device for tape application
Abstract
A device for applying a tape at least partially adhesive including a support having a handling system for handling the support, a reel-holder constrained to the support, support in a compliant way a reel including the tape and defining a first axis of rotation around which the reel rotates, a tensioner constrained to one of the support and the reel-holder is configured to dispense the tape in tension, wherein the support separates the reel-holder and the tensioner from the handling system in such a way that when the handling system is placed on at least one wall and the tensioner dispenses the tape on to a surface, only the handling system facing to the wall.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A device for applying at least partially adhesive tape comprising:
a support comprising handling means, a reel-holder attached to said support, configured to loosely support a reel including said tape and defining a first rotation axis around which said reel rotates, a tensioner configured to dispense said tape under tension, defining a second rotation axis parallel to said first rotation axis and including: a roller rotating around said second rotation axis, spaced with respect to said reel-holder and configured to dispense said tape when rotated with respect to said surface and a spacer configured to connect said roller and said reel-holder, said support separating said reel-holder and said tensioner from said handling means in such a way that when said handling means rest on at least one wall, and said tensioner dispenses said tape on a surface, only said handling means face said wall, said spacer being attached to said reel-holder by means of a hinge and opposing means configured to oppose the reciprocal rotation of said coil-holder and said spacer, around said hinge.
2 . The device according to claim 1 , wherein said handling means are configured to enable the handling, on a plane parallel to said first rotation axis, of said support resting on at least said wall while said tensioner dispenses said tape on a first surface parallel to said wall.
3 . The device according to claim 1 , wherein said handling means are configured to enable the handling, on a plane perpendicular to said first rotation axis, of said support resting on at least said wall while said tensioner dispenses said belt on a second surface perpendicular to said wall.
4 . The device according to claim 1 , wherein the position of said reel-holder with respect to said support can be modified in a controlled manner.
5 . The device according to claim 1 , wherein said support defines a handling plane and said reel-holder is loosely attached to said support in such a way as to be able to be handled, in a controlled manner, with respect to said support along at least one first direction perpendicular to said handling plane.
6 . The device according to claim 1 , wherein said reel-holder can be handled, in a controlled manner, with respect to said support along a second direction parallel to said handling plane.
7 . The device according to claim 6 , wherein said support comprises a first guide and a second guide—said reel-holder moving along said first direction on said first guide and said first guide moving along said second direction on said second guide—in such a way as to enable the handling of said reel-holder along said second direction with respect to said support.
8 . The device according to claim 5 , wherein said support comprises a plate extending parallel to said handling plane and a support portion defining a flat surface perpendicular to said handling plane and configured to be positioned in contact with an auxiliary wall perpendicular to said wall in such a way as to make an edge adapted for guiding said support along a predetermined direction parallel to said auxiliary wall.
9 . The device according to claim 8 , wherein said support portion includes a soft, non-porous surface, suitable for containing the friction between said auxiliary wall and said support surface to facilitate the handling of said support.
10 . The device according to claim 1 , including a grip configured to enable a user to drive said device.
11 . The device according to claim 8 , comprising cutting means configured to enable said tape to be cut and including a blade that is attached to said support in such a way as to be opposite said tensioner, with respect to said first guide; is placed over the outlet direction of said tape by said tensioner; and is configured to graze said tape perpendicularly to said outlet direction of said tape.
12 . The device according to claim 11 , comprising a limit block adapted for separating said blade from an obstacle positioned along the direction of travel of said device and including a contact surface configured to come into contact with said obstacle, thus stopping said device, and able to be handled, on command, with respect to said support or said coil-holder or said cutting means to be able to adjust the predetermined mutual distance between said blade and said contact surface.
13 . The device according to claim 2 , wherein said reel-holder can be handled, in a controlled manner, with respect to said support along a second direction parallel to said handling plane.
14 . The device according to claim 13 , wherein said support comprises a first guide and a second guide—said reel-holder moving along said first direction on said first guide and said first guide moving along said second direction on said second guide—in such a way as to enable the handling of said reel-holder along said second direction with respect to said support.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
