Abstract

A shoe surface structure with variable luminescent pattern; the shoe surface is combined on the light conduction sole to form a shoe. An illuminator is hidden in the light conduction sole, a light conduction structure is hidden in the shoe surface. When the illuminator emits light, the light is conducted through the light conduction sole to the bottom of light conduction structure, the light is conducted from bottom to top, the overall light conduction structure gets light. The outer layer of the shoe surface has a hollowed frame, and a light screen covers the hollowed frame hollowed frame. The light screen has a hollowed pattern, when the light conduction structure receives light, the light is transmitted out of the hollowed pattern. The light screen can be changed at any time, so as to generate different light patterns, implementing innovation, extraordinariness, night caution and commodity personalization.

1 . A shoe surface structure with variable luminescent pattern, comprising:
 an insole ( 22 ) being, combined under a shoe surface ( 20 ), and wherein the insole ( 22 ) is combined on a light conduction sole ( 10 ) to form a shoe ( 30 );   an illuminator ( 40 ) being hidden in the light conduction sole ( 10 ), when the illuminator ( 40 ) emits light, the light rays can penetrate into the light conduction sole ( 10 ) and be transmitted from the inside to the outside to the entire light conduction sole ( 10 );   a light conduction structure ( 50 ) being hidden in the shoe surface ( 20 ); wherein a bottom ( 50   a ) of the light conduction structure ( 50 ) extends out under the shoe surface ( 20 ), and contacts the light conduction sole ( 10 ), when the light conduction sole ( 10 ) receives light, the light can be conducted from the bottom ( 50   a ) of the light conduction structure ( 50 ) up to the top ( 50   b ), so that the whole light conduction structure ( 50 ) gets light;   wherein an outer layer of the shoe surface ( 20 ) has a hollowed frame ( 24 ), the hollowed frame ( 24 ) corresponds to the light conduction structure ( 50 ); a light screen ( 70 ) covering the entire hollow frame ( 24 ) is provided; the light screen ( 70 ) is lightproof or semi-lightproof, and is in face-to-face corresponding contact with the light conduction structure ( 50 ); the light screen ( 70 ) is provided with a hollowed pattern ( 71 ); when the light conduction structure ( 50 ) receives light, the light is transmitted out of the hollowed pattern ( 71 ).

The shoe surface structure with variable luminescent pattern defined in  claim 1 , wherein an edge of the hollowed frame ( 24 ) has inside-outside double fastener clamping slots ( 25 ), the outer circumference of the light screen ( 70 ) can be inserted in the clamping slots ( 25 ) and fixed. 
     
     
         3 . The shoe surface structure with variable luminescent pattern defined in  claim 1 , wherein the shoe surface ( 20 ) is provided with multiple punch holes ( 26 ) around the hollowed frame ( 24 ), and the light screen ( 70 ) is provided with multiple tenons ( 72 ) corresponding to the punch holes ( 26 ), the tenons ( 72 ) can be embedded in the corresponding punch holes ( 26 ) to fix the light screen ( 70 ). 
     
     
         4 . The shoe surface structure with variable luminescent pattern defined in  claim 1 , wherein there is a steplike groove ( 27 ) in the edge of the hollowed frame ( 24 ), and there is a steplike lug ( 73 ) outside the edge of the light screen ( 70 ), the lug ( 73 ) can be embedded in the corresponding groove ( 27 ) to fix the light screen ( 70 ). 
     
     
         5 . The shoe surface structure with variable luminescent pattern defined in  claim 1 , wherein there is an additional outer ring plate ( 28 ) outside the shoe surface ( 20 ), the outer ring plate ( 28 ) has an orifice ( 281 ) corresponding to the hollowed frame ( 24 ); the inner side face of the outer ring plate ( 28 ) is partially combined with the shoe surface ( 20 ), the uncombined portion is used as the clearance for fixing after the outer edge of light screen ( 70 ) is inserted. 
     
     
         6 . The shoe surface structure with variable luminescent patter defined in  claim 1 , wherein an outer side edge of the hollow frame ( 24 ) and an inner side edge of the light screen ( 70 ) are fixed together by a double-sided film ( 75 ). 
     
     
         7 . The shoe surface structure with variable luminescent pattern defined in  claim 1 , wherein the hollowed pattern ( 71 ) is one or a combination of the following items, words trademark, descriptive trademark, totem, lines, symbol, English letters, Arabic numerals and name. 
     
     
         8 . The shoe surface structure with variable luminescent pattern defined in  claim 1 , wherein the back side of the light conduction structure ( 50 ) is combined with a reflector plate ( 52 ) with a reflected light source, the reflector plate ( 52 ) and light conduction structure ( 50 ) are laminated. 
     
     
         9 . The shoe surface structure with variable luminescent pattern defined in  claim 1 , wherein the hollow frame ( 24 ) is arranged on the left side or right side of shoe surface ( 20 ), or the backside thereof.
