Abstract

A garment apparatus adapted and configured to have the functionality of hooded headgear while allowing peripheral side vision with the option to close the side vision with a Hoodie Side Vision Cover which can be stored away by Hoodie Side Vision Cover Pockets. A Second Hoodie Headgear Shell can also be used during inclement weather when peripheral vision is needed but weather conditions make it difficult to constantly open and dose Hoodie Side Vision Cover. The Second Hoodie Headgear Shell can be quickly pulled on and off allowing peripheral vision when needed and when not needed, immediate additional head cover is obtained with Second Hoodie Headgear Shell.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . A garment apparatus comprising: Lateral portions having adjustable Hoodie Side Visions Covers at the peripheral side vision areas to help shield and protect the wearer of the hooded headgear from the elements and all other weather conditions.

2 . Hoodie Side Vision Covers connect to the anterior edge portion of the hooded headgear's peripheral area snap fasteners, buttons, zippers, hooks and loop fasteners, adjustable belt portioned or tied into place.

3 . The garment apparatus further comprising Hoodie Side Vision Cover Pockets neatly and discreetly sewn into and located at the side/rear of the hoodie headgear where Hoodie Side Vision Covers may be inserted whenever side vision is needed.

4 . Peripheral side vision headgear that gives wearer the ability to watch out for potential dangers such as oncoming traffic, possible muggers and possible animal attacks with the option of using Hoodie Side Vision Covers to close off the peripheral side vision when deemed necessary to stave off inclement weather or any other weather conditions.

5 . When vision safety must, wearer can unsnap the Snap Fasteners of the Hoodie Side Vision Covers away from the anterior edge of the hooded headgear and slide, tuck away, or stuff the Hoodie Side Vision Covers the Hoodie Side Vision Cover Pockets thus allowing great peripheral side vision.

6 . Hoodie Side Vision Covers can be securely kept inside the Hoodie Side Vision Cover Pockets by snaps, buttons, zippers, hooked and looped fasteners, adjustable belt portions or tied into place to the edge of the Hoodie Side Vision Cover Pockets.

7 . The garment apparatus of claim 7 , further comprising a Second Hoodie Headgear Shell to protect the wearer from inclement weather while First Hoodie Head gear Shell is still on the wearer's head with Hoodie Side Vision Cover tucked inside of Hoodie Side Vision Cover Pockets so when necessary, Second Hoodie Headgear Shell can be removed from the head to allow peripheral side vision, while at the same time the First Hoodie Headgear Shell is still on the head to protect the head from inclement or any type of weather condition and after hooded wearer has had enough use of peripheral side vision, wearer can replace Second Hoodie Headgear back on top of head for further weather protection.
