Cigar Encasement Apparatus
Abstract
A cigar encasement apparatus for clean and convenient cigar smoking includes a mouthpiece having a central tube aperture extending from within a mouthpiece depression to a mouthpiece back end. An intake tube is coupled within the tube aperture and has a tube front end extending out the tube aperture within the mouthpiece depression. A grip is selectively engageable within the mouthpiece depression and is configured to receive a cigar. A grip back end has a central punch aperture extending therethrough to slidingly receive the intake tube. The intake tube is configured to puncture the cigar. A mesh tube has an open tube back end selectively engageable with the grip front end. The mesh tube is configured to encase the cigar and prevent ash from the cigar from falling out of the mesh tube.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedI claim:
1 . A cigar encasement apparatus comprising:

2 . The cigar encasement apparatus of claim 1 further comprising the mouthpiece depression being threaded; the grip sidewall having a back threaded portion, a medial grip portion, and a front threaded portion, the back threaded portion being selectively engageable with the mouthpiece depression; the mesh tube having a threaded tube attachment portion coupled to the tube back end and selectively engageable with the front threaded portion of the grip sidewall.
3 . The cigar encasement apparatus of claim 1 further comprising a pair of legs coupled to an underside of the mesh tube.
4 . The cigar encasement apparatus of claim 3 further comprising each leg having a pair of parallel supports and a foot extending therebetween.
5 . The cigar encasement apparatus of claim 3 further comprising the pair of legs comprising a back leg and a front leg, the back leg being more proximal the tube back end and longer than the front leg.
6 . The cigar encasement apparatus of claim 1 further comprising the mouthpiece sidewall having a cylindrical body portion adjacent the mouthpiece front end and a tapered mouth portion extending from the body portion to the mouthpiece back end.
7 . The cigar encasement apparatus of claim 1 further comprising the intake tube having a thin portion extending from the tube back end and flaring to a wide portion, the wide portion extending to the tube front end, an exposed section of the wide portion having a plurality of intake holes extending therethrough.
8 . A cigar encasement apparatus comprising:
a mouthpiece, the mouthpiece having a mouthpiece back end, a mouthpiece front end, and a mouthpiece sidewall extending therebetween, the mouthpiece sidewall having a cylindrical body portion adjacent the mouthpiece front end and a tapered mouth portion extending from the body portion to the mouthpiece back end, the mouthpiece front end having a threaded mouthpiece depression extending towards the mouthpiece back end, the mouthpiece having a central tube aperture extending from within the mouthpiece depression to the mouthpiece back end; an intake tube coupled to the mouthpiece, the intake tube being coupled within the tube aperture and having a tube back end coplanar the mouthpiece back end and a tube front end extending out the tube aperture within the mouthpiece depression, the intake tube having a thin portion extending from the tube back end and flaring to a wide portion, the wide portion extending to the tube front end, an exposed section of the wide portion having a plurality of intake holes extending therethrough; a grip, the grip having a grip back end, a grip sidewall extending from the grip back end, and an open grip front end configured to receive a cigar within the grip sidewall, the grip sidewall having a back threaded portion, a medial grip portion, and a front threaded portion, the back threaded portion being selectively engageable with the mouthpiece depression, the grip back end having a central punch aperture extending therethrough to slidingly receive the intake tube, the intake tube being configured to puncture the cigar; a mesh tube, the mesh tube having an open tube back end and a threaded tube attachment portion coupled to the tube back end, the attachment portion being selectively engageable with the front threaded portion of the grip sidewall, the mesh tube being configured to encase the cigar and prevent ash from the cigar from falling out of the mesh tube; and a pair of legs coupled to the mesh tube, each leg having a pair of parallel supports and a foot extending therebetween, the pair of legs comprising a back leg and a front leg each coupled to an underside of the mesh tube, the back leg being more proximal the tube back end and longer than the front leg.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
