Abstract
There is provided an audio device including a control section configured to cause an audio signal to be output, the audio signal including a sound signal obtained through playback of content and a sound signal received from a communication partner device, and a sound processing section configured to generate an elimination signal obtained by eliminating a given sound signal from a microphone detection signal, which is the audio signal that is propagated and detected by a microphone. The control section causes the communication partner device to transmit the elimination signal.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An information processing apparatus, comprising:

reception of a first communication audio signal from a communication apparatus;
output of audible sound corresponding to the first communication audio signal and a content sound signal;
acquisition of a microphone detection signal corresponding to the first communication audio signal and the content sound signal by an adaptive filter, the microphone detection signal being detected as audible sound by a microphone;
output of a digital audio signal corresponding to the first communication audio signal and the content sound signal to the adaptive filter;
generation of an echo-eliminated signal based on the microphone detection signal and the digital audio signal;
transmission of the echo-eliminated signal to the communication apparatus.
2 . The information processing apparatus of claim 1 , wherein
the microphone detection signal corresponds to the first communication audio signal, the content sound signal, and user utterance, and wherein the echo-eliminated signal corresponds to the user utterance.
3 . The information processing apparatus of claim 1 , wherein
the one or more circuits are configured to control:
reception of a second communication audio signal corresponding to the echo-eliminated signal from the communication apparatus.
4 . The information processing apparatus of claim 1 , wherein
the content sound signal corresponds to sound of broadcast content.
5 . The information processing apparatus of claim 1 , comprising:
a display configured to display image data corresponding to the first communication audio signal or the content sound signal.
6 . The information processing apparatus of claim 5 , wherein
the one or more circuits are configured to control:
display of image data corresponding to the first communication audio signal and the content sound signal on the display.
7 . The information processing apparatus of claim 1 , comprising:
a camera configured to acquire image data corresponding to the echo-eliminated signal, wherein the one or more circuits are configured to control:
transmission of the image data acquired by the camera to the communication apparatus.
8 . The information processing apparatus of claim 1 , wherein
the one or more circuits are configured to control:
generation of the echo-eliminated signal by causing a time delay on a signal used in generation of the echo-eliminated signal.
9 . The information processing apparatus of claim 8 , wherein
the time delay comprises a component of a filter coefficient and is based on an amount of delay that occurs between the output generating the audible sound and detection of the microphone detection signal.
10 . The information processing apparatus of claim 1 , wherein
transmission of the echo-eliminated signal to the communication apparatus stops upon the one or more circuits ending generation of the echo-eliminated signal.
11 . The information processing apparatus of claim 1 , wherein
generation of the echo-eliminated signal is interrupted upon receipt of a suspend request.
12 . The information processing apparatus of claim 1 , wherein
the one or more circuits are configured to control:
generation of the echo-eliminated signal based on volume of the audible sound.
13 . The information processing apparatus of claim 1 , wherein
the audible sound is output from a speaker.
14 . The information processing apparatus of claim 1 , wherein
the echo-eliminated signal is computed based on a filter coefficient learned by an adaptive-signal-processing algorithm.
15 . The information processing apparatus of claim 1 , wherein
the one or more circuits comprise the adaptive filter configured to generate an echo estimation signal based on the microphone detection signal and the digital audio signal.
16 . The information processing apparatus of claim 15 , wherein

18 . The information processing apparatus of claim 1 , wherein
the communication apparatus is a telephonic communication sound system.
19 . An information processing method comprising:
receiving a first communication audio signal from a communication apparatus; outputting audible sound corresponding to the first communication audio signal and a content sound signal; acquiring a microphone detection signal corresponding to the first communication audio signal and the content sound signal by an adaptive filter, the microphone detection signal being detected as audible sound by a microphone; outputting a digital audio signal corresponding to the first communication audio signal and the content sound signal to the adaptive filter; generating an echo-eliminated signal based on the microphone detection signal and the digital audio signal; and transmitting the echo-eliminated signal to the communication apparatus.
20 . A non-transitory computer readable medium storing instructions that, when executed by one or more circuits, cause the one or more circuits to process executable instructions to perform a method, the method comprising:
receiving a first communication audio signal from a communication apparatus; outputting audible sound corresponding to the first communication audio signal and a content sound signal; acquiring a microphone detection signal corresponding to the first communication audio signal and the content sound signal by an adaptive filter, the microphone detection signal being detected as audible sound by a microphone; outputting a digital audio signal corresponding to the first communication audio signal and the content sound signal to the adaptive filter; generating an echo-eliminated signal based on the microphone detection signal and the digital audio signal; and transmitting the echo-eliminated signal to the communication apparatus.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
