Abstract
A cup structure comprises an inner cup and an outer cup. A groove is formed on an outer surface of the inner cup and concaved from the outer surface to an inner surface. The inner cup is completely or partly wrapped by the outer cup. The groove of the inner cup and a portion of the outer cup form a fluid channel. Suction holes are formed at two ends of the fluid channel. Thereby, the user can suck the material inside the cup structure. Further, the cup structure can be disassembled conveniently for cleaning.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
. A cup structure, comprising:
an inner cup, including an inner surface, an outer surface, and a first opening, wherein a first groove is formed on the outer surface and concaved from the outer surface to the inner surface; and an outer cup, used to receive the inner cup completely or partly, wherein the first groove of the inner cup and a portion of the outer cup form a fluid channel; the first groove extends from the first opening to a cup bottom of the inner cup; a first suction hole is formed at the first opening; a second suction hole is formed in the inner surface and at the cup bottom of the inner cup; and the first suction hole, the first groove, a portion of the outer cup and the second suction hole jointly form the fluid channel.
. The cup structure according to claim 1 further comprising a cover body, wherein the outer cup has a receiving space and a second opening; the outer cup completely receives the inner cup body; and the cover body covers the first opening and the second opening.
. The cup structure according to claim 2 , wherein the inner cup includes a first inner cup body and a second inner cup body; the first inner cup body and the second inner cup body are joined together to form the inner cup body.
. The cup structure according to claim 3 , wherein the first inner cup body has a first joint element; the second inner cup body has a second joint element; the first joint element and the second joint element are joined to each other or press-fitted to each other.
. The cup structure according to claim 2 , wherein the outer cup is a film body.
. The cup structure according to claim 2 , wherein the cover body is a film body.
. The cup structure according to claim 6 , wherein a cutting line for an intake is formed on the film body and corresponding to the first suction hole.
. The cup structure according to claim 2 , wherein a hardness of a material of the inner cup is higher than a hardness of a material of the outer cup.
. The cup structure according to claim 8 , wherein the material of the inner cup is selected from a group including plastics, silicones, rubbers, resins, metals, ceramics, paper, wood, plant fibers, natural minerals, and composite materials.
. The cup structure according to claim 2 , wherein a material of the outer cup is an elastic material.
. The cup structure according to claim 10 , wherein the material of the outer cup is selected from a group including plastics, silicones, rubbers, resins, glass, metals, ceramics, paper, wood, plant fibers, natural minerals, and composite materials.
. The cup structure according to claim 1 , wherein the inner cup is a main cup body; the outer cup is a cup seat body; the main cup body has the cup bottom and a cup wall connected with the cup bottom; the cup wall is wrapped to form the first opening; the cup seat body has a cup seat and a seat wall connected with the cup seat; the cup seat forms a receiving space; the cup seat covers the first groove and receives a portion of the main cup body; the first groove is extended from the first opening to the cup bottom of the main cup body; a first suction hole is formed at the first opening; a second suction hole is formed on the inner surface and at the cup bottom of the main cup body; the first suction hole, the first groove, a portion of the cup seat body and the second suction hole jointly form the fluid channel.
. The cup structure according to claim 12 further comprising a cover body, which covers the first opening.
. The cup structure according to claim 13 , wherein an intake is formed on the cover body and corresponding to the first suction hole.
. The cup structure according to claim 12 , wherein a thickness of the cup bottom of the main cup body is smaller than a thickness of the cup wall of the main cup body.
. The cup structure according to claim 12 , wherein the first suction hole is formed via rolling up a portion of the cup wall.
. The cup structure according to claim 12 , wherein a second groove is protruded from an inner wall surface of the cup seat and corresponding to the first groove.
. The cup structure according to claim 12 , wherein the receiving space of the cup seat body at least covers the cup bottom of the main cup body and a portion of the first groove.
. The cup structure according to claim 18 , wherein the seat wall covers a portion of the cup wall.
. The cup structure according to claim 12 further comprising a protrudent handle member protruding from an outer wall surface of the cup seat body.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
