Claims

Abstract

An insole capable of transmitting a force of tiptoes to a shoe sole and also capable of enhancing muscle strength of toes and a foot sole. An insole includes: an insole main body adapted to be accommodated in a bottom of a shoe; a thong attached to a toe-side front part of the insole main body; and an instep-side support provided at an end of the thong opposite to the insole main body and extending in a front-rear direction from a toe side to a heel side with respect to the thong, wherein a relationship SL≤KL is satisfied, where SL is a length of the instep-side support from a center of its part contacting the thong to a toe-side end part, and KL is a length from the center of its part contacting the thong to a heel-side end.

1 . An insole comprising:
 an insole main body adapted to be accommodated in a bottom of any of a shoe and a boot;   a thong having one end part and other end part, the one end part detachably attached to the insole main body; and   an instep-side support provided the other end part of the thong and extending in a front-rear direction, wherein:   the instep-side support has a heel-side end and a heel-side part extending from the thong to the heel-side end, and is configured such that the heel-side part is capable of abutting an inner surface of an upper of the shoe or the boot.

         3 . The insole according to  claim 1 , wherein the thong includes a low sleeve or a column-shaped member. 
     
     
         4 . The insole according to  claim 1 , wherein the insole main body has a toe-side front part formed with a plurality of through holes spaced in the front-rear direction;
 the one end part of the thong is attachable to any of the through holes; and   a position of the thong is adjustable by selectively attaching the one end part of the thong to one of the plurality of through holes.

 an insole main body adapted to be accommodated in a bottom of any of a shoe and a boot;   a thong having one end part and other end part; and   an instep-side support provided at the other end part of the thong and extending in a front-rear direction, wherein:   the insole main body is formed with a through slit;   the one end part of the thong is configured to be fixed to the insole main body after inserted into the through slit and positionally adjusted;   the instep-side support has a heel-side end and a heel-side part extending from the thong to the heel-side end, and is configured such that the heel-side part is capable of abutting an inner surface of an upper of the shoe or the boot.   
     
     
         16 . A shoe with the insole according to  claim 15  disposed in a bottom of the shoe. 
     
     
         17 . The shoe according to  claim 13 , wherein the shoe is a boot. 
     
     
         18 . The shoe according to  claim 16 , wherein the shoe is a boot.
