Abstract
[Solution] Provided is an apparatus including: a generation unit configured to generate information related to data wirelessly transmitted or received without being routed via a base station; and a control unit configured to control transmission of the information to a node which is not involved in the transmission or reception of the data.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A method for a first radio terminal configured to perform first radio communication with a radio base station, the method comprising:
performing second radio communication directly with a second radio terminal, wherein the second radio communication is controlled by a control node different from the radio base station and is not traversed via the radio base station and the control node; and transmitting, to the control node, charging information regarding the second radio communication, wherein the charging information does not include data that is transmitted or received on the second radio communication.
2 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the charging information includes at least one of:
source Internet Protocol (IP) address indicating IP address of the first radio terminal of the second radio communication, amount of the data that is transmitted from the first radio terminal on the second radio communication, amount of the data that is received by the first radio terminal on the second radio communication, indicator of radio resources used for the second radio communication, and application related information.
3 . The method according to claim 2 , wherein a radio frequency used for the second radio communication is same as or different from a radio frequency used for the first radio communication.
4 . The method according to claim 3 , wherein the second radio communication is device-to-device (D2D) communication between the first radio terminal and the second radio terminal.
5 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the first radio terminal is a vehicle.
6 . A method for a control node comprising:
controlling second radio communication that is directly performed between a first radio terminal and a second radio terminal, wherein the second radio communication is not traversed via the control node and a radio base station performing first radio communication with the first radio terminal; and receiving, from the radio terminal, charging information regarding the second radio communication, wherein the charging information does not include data that is transmitted or received on the second radio communication.
7 . The method according to claim 6 , wherein the charging information includes at least one of:
source Internet Protocol (IP) address indicating IP address of the first radio terminal of the second radio communication, amount of the data that is transmitted from the first radio terminal on the second radio communication, amount of the data that is received by the first radio terminal on the second radio communication, indicator of radio resources used for the second radio communication, and application related information.
8 . The method according to claim 7 , wherein a radio frequency used for the second radio communication is same as or different from a radio frequency used for the first radio communication.
9 . The method according to claim 8 , wherein the second radio communication is device-to-device (D2D) communication between the first radio terminal and the second radio terminal.
10 . The method according to claim 6 , wherein the first radio terminal is a vehicle.
11 . A first radio terminal configured to perform first radio communication with a radio base station, the first radio terminal comprising:
a radio communication interface; and at least one hardware processor configured to:
perform second radio communication directly with a second radio terminal, wherein the second radio communication is controlled by a control node different from the radio base station and is not traversed via the radio base station and the control node; and
transmit, to the control node, charging information regarding the second radio communication, wherein the charging information does not include data that is transmitted or received on the second radio communication.
12 . A control node comprising:
a communication interface; and at least one hardware processor configured to:
control second radio communication that is directly performed between a first radio terminal and a second radio terminal, wherein the second radio communication is not traversed via the control node and a radio base station performing first radio communication with the first radio terminal; and
