Sofa cover

Abstract

The invention disclosures a special sofa cover, comprising rear back piece and front seat piece, wherein multiple first elastic belts are provided on the rear back piece, the front seat piece is jointly seamed by an overlock machine into L shape to form arms, overlock stitches back of an upper end of the arms are reinforced by single needle sewing machine, two sides and upper end of the front seat piece and the rear back piece are seamed by overlock machine, a hem edge is provided on a bottom portion of the sofa cover, second elastic belt is provided in the hem edge; the invention adopts two-piece structure, which reducing manufacturing steps and cost in bulk production; the invention solves the problems that the prior art has strong pertinence, complex manufacturing process and high cost, and the invention is worth promoting vigorously with reasonable design and wide application range.

A sofa cover, comprising rear back piece ( 1 ) and front seat piece ( 2 ), wherein multiple first elastic belts ( 3 ) are provided on the rear back piece ( 1 ), the front seat piece ( 2 ) is jointly seamed by an overlock machine into L shape to form arms ( 4 ), overlock stitches back of an upper end of the arms ( 4 ) are reinforced by single needle sewing machine, two sides and upper end of the front seat piece ( 2 ) and the rear back piece ( 1 ) are seamed by overlock machine, a hem edge ( 5 ) is provided on a bottom portion of the sofa cover, second elastic belt ( 6 ) is provided in the hem edge ( 5 ). 
     
     
         2 . The sofa cover of  claim 1 , wherein some tuck tools ( 7 ) are provided outside the sofa cover, a covered fabric ( 8 ) is provided outside the tuck tool ( 7 ), the covered fabric ( 8 ) is folded and seamed with the stitches in L shape by the overlock machine, then turned over and put the tuck tool ( 7 ) thereinto, and raw edge thereof is sealed by the single needle sewing machine. 
     
     
         3 . The sofa cover of  claim 1 , the hem edge ( 5 ) is formed by 2N coverstitch. 
     
     
         4 . The sofa cover of  claim 1 , the multiple first elastic belts ( 3 ) are upper 40 cm away from the raw edge on the bottom, an elastic belt with 1 cm width and 40 cm length is provided by the single needle sewing machine every 6 cm for a total of four groups. 
     
     
         5 . The sofa cover of  claim 1 , the sizes of the second elastic belt ( 6 ) is provided as three kinds comprising chair size in 2 m, loveseat size in 2.6 m and sofa size in 3 m. 
     
     
         6 . The sofa cover of  claim 1 , the rear back piece ( 1 ) and the front seat piece ( 2 ) are all made of fabric with high stretch. 
     
     
         7 . The sofa cover of  claim 1 , the front seat piece ( 2 ) is self-connected to form the arms ( 4 ).
