Case for powdered cosmetic product including an improved opening/closing device
Abstract
A case for powdered cosmetic product includes at least one cover and one base which are movably mounted against one another between at least one closed position and one open position of the case, wherein the base includes a cavity intended to receive the powdered cosmetic product, which is closed by an opening/closing device configured to selectively deliver the powdered cosmetic product, the opening/closing device including at least first opening/closing means which, including first orifices (in communication with the cavity, are secured to the base, and second opening/closing means which, including second orifices, are rotatably mounted with respect to the first means between at least one blocking position and one usage position, wherein the first means include at least one first flexible membrane and the second means include at least one second flexible membrane.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A case for powdered cosmetic product, comprising:
at least one cover and one base which are movably mounted against one another between at least one closed position and one open position of the case, wherein the base comprises a cavity intended to receive said powdered cosmetic product, which is closed by an opening/closing device configured to selectively dispense said powdered cosmetic product, said opening/closing device comprising at least first means which, comprising first orifices in communication with the cavity, are secured to the base, and second means which, comprising second orifices, are rotatably mounted with respect to the first means between at least one blocking position and one usage position, wherein the first means comprises at least one first flexible membrane and the second means comprises at least one second flexible membrane.
2 . The case according to claim 1 , wherein at least one of the first orifices passes axially through the first membrane and at least one of the second orifices passes axially through the second membrane.
3 . The case according to claim 1 , wherein at least one of the first orifices of the first flexible membrane and at least one of the second orifices of the second flexible membrane have a non-cylindrical shape.
4 . The case according to claim 2 , wherein at least one of the first orifices of the first flexible membrane and at least one of the second orifices of the second flexible membrane have a non-rectilinear shape, in particular bent or curved.
5 . The case according to claim 1 , wherein at least one of the first orifices ( 64 ) of the first flexible membrane and at least one of the second orifices of the second flexible membrane have a surface which radially increases from the inside outwards.
6 . The case according to claim 1 , wherein at least one of the first orifices of the first flexible membrane and at least one of the second orifices of the second flexible membrane are respectively slot-shaped.
7 . The case according to claim 1 , wherein the first orifices of the first flexible membrane and the second orifices of the second flexible membrane are respectively configured to make it possible to retrieve a free quantity of powdered cosmetic product by means of an applicator, through the second orifices of the second membrane, aligned totally or partially with the first orifices of the first membrane.
8 . The case according to claim 1 , wherein the first orifices of the first flexible membrane and the second orifices of the second flexible membrane are respectively configured so as to increase the flexibility of the first membrane and of the second membrane.
9 . The case according to claim 1 , wherein the first flexible membrane and the second flexible membrane are made of an elastomer material, in particular silicone.
10 . The case according to claim 1 , wherein the first membrane and the second membrane are in contact with one another in the blocking position and in the usage position.
11 . The case according to claim 1 , wherein the cavity is provided in a flexible part which is secured to the base, said part having in particular a bellows shape.
12 . The case according to claim 1 , wherein the first means of the opening/closing device comprise a fixed ring to which the first flexible membrane is secured.
13 . The case according to claim 12 , wherein the fixed ring is axially mounted on a body of the base by snap fitting and in that rotation of the fixed ring is blocked by form fitting with respect to said body of the base.
14 . The case according to claim 1 , wherein the second means of the opening/closing device are able to occupy at least one intermediate position between the blocking position and the usage position, wherein the second orifices are partially superposed on the first orifices.
15 . The case according to claim 1 , wherein the second means of the opening/closing device comprise a rotating ring to which the second flexible membrane is secured.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
