Systems, Methods and Computer Program Products for Managing Remote Execution of Transaction Documents

Abstract

Provided are methods, systems and computer program products for providing remote document execution. Such methods, systems and computer program products may include storing an electronic document as a secure electronic file, identifying a signature space in the electronic document, the signature space, after being executed, includes a signature of a signing party of the electronic document, receiving the signature of the signing party into the electronic document stored as the secure electronic file and responsive to receiving the signature of the signing party, converting the electronic document into a read only electronic document.

         37 . The method according to  claim 36 , wherein the virtual signing room is generated on a remote electronic device via wired and/or wireless communication. 
     
     
         38 . The method according to  claim 36 , further comprising generating a communication channel between at least two of the plurality of participants in the signing session. 
     
     
         39 . The method according to  claim 38 , wherein the communication channel between the at least two of the plurality of participants in the signing session is private relative to other ones of the plurality of participants in the signing session. 
     
     
         40 . The method according to  claim 36 , further comprising receiving, from ones of the plurality of participants, background selection data corresponding to a selection of a background setting of the virtual signing room.

 generating a representation of a virtual signing room that includes a graphical representation of an occupancy space in which a signing session is visually represented, the graphical representation including graphical representations corresponding to ones of a plurality of participants in the signing session.

The method according to  claim 51 , wherein ones of a plurality of participants in the signing session may be graphically represented using avatars, respectively, and wherein ones of the plurality of participants in the signing session view other ones of the plurality of participants as the corresponding avatar. 
     
     
         53 . The method according to  claim 52 , wherein ones of the avatars include images of the corresponding ones of the plurality of participants that are generated by an image capture device of the respective participant. 
     
     
         54 . The method according to  claim 53 , wherein the images of the corresponding ones of the plurality of participants are photographs and/or substantially live video of the corresponding ones of the plurality of participants. 
     
     
         55 . The method according to  claim 52 , further comprising generating a private communication session between two of the plurality of participants, wherein the two of the plurality of participants view each other as their corresponding avatars. 
     
     
         56 . The method according to  claim 51 , further comprising:
 receiving a signature of the signing party in the signing session into an electronic document that is stored as a secure electronic file; and   responsive to receiving the signature of the signing party, converting the electronic document into a read only electronic document.   
     
     
         57 . The method according to  claim 51 , further comprising generating a pre-saved animation that represents a common event at a physically implemented closing.

The method according to  claim 56 , wherein the pre-saved animation includes a virtual receptionist to escort an avatar corresponding to one of the plurality of participants to a closing room, to greet the avatar corresponding to one of the plurality of participants, to lead the avatar to a graphic of a safe that may produce documents responsive to the participant entering a code, to take a virtual drink order and to deliver a virtual drink to the avatar. 
     
     
         59 . The method according to  claim 55 , further comprising receiving an input from one of the plurality of participants to initiate a private communication session;
 and generating a private communication session between two of the plurality of participants, wherein pre-saved animation depicts moving the participant into another room or corner of room where the communication session is activated.

The method according to  claim 55 , wherein the virtual closing room includes graphics and/or sounds corresponding to current and/or desired weather conditions, wherein the weather conditions are based on data generated by one or more weather data sources, and wherein the weather conditions are based on a location of one or more of the plurality of participants and/or a location that is remote therefrom. one or more participants.
