Abstract

A computer system for automating dynamic multi-user communication is configured to receive a first user dataset associated with a first user. The computer system can communicate first user interface elements to a first user. The computer system then receives, from the first user, a user data response based upon the first user interface elements. Upon receiving the user data response, the computer system identifies, using a correlating function, a second user from. The computer system communicates at least a portion of the user data response to the second user. The computer system then receives, from the second user, a first user data response ranking. The computer system updates a first user ranking with the first user data response ranking. The computer system then communicates the first user data response ranking to the first user.

Claims

What is claimed is:

         1 . A computer system for automating dynamic multi-user communication comprising:
 one or more processors; and one or more computer-readable media having stored thereon executable instructions that when executed by the one or more processors configure the computer system to perform at least the following:
 retrieve a first user dataset associated with a first user, wherein the first user dataset comprises:
 an acknowledgement variable that describes one or more attributes of a class of acknowledging users that are eligible to provide acknowledgement to the first user;

 receive, from the first user, a user data response based upon first user interface elements that are specific to attributes associated with the first user; and
 communicate at least a portion of the user data response to a second user, wherein the second user is eligible to provide acknowledgement to the first user as described by the acknowledgement variable.

         2 . The computer system of claim 1 , wherein the first user dataset comprises a first user group variable that indicates an association between the first user and one or more other users.

         3 . The computer system of claim 2 , wherein the executable instructions include instructions that are executable to configure the computer system to:
 associate the first user group variable with a first geographic area; receive a geolocation from a GPS device integrated within an end user device associated with the first user; determine that the geolocation is within a threshold distance of the first geographic area; retrieve the first user interface elements associated with the first user group variable, wherein the first user interface elements are specific to the first geographic area; and communicate the first user interface elements to the first user.

         4 . The computer system of claim 2 , wherein the first user group variable describes a classification of workers that includes the first user.

         5 . The computer system of claim 1 , wherein the executable instructions include instructions that are executable to configure the computer system to:
 determine that the second user is eligible to provide acknowledgement to the first user by identifying within the acknowledgement variable a correlation function that determines based upon one or more attributes of the second user that the second user is eligible to provide acknowledgement to the first user.

         6 . The computer system of claim 5 , wherein the correlation function comprises a function that matches a severity of a work related hazard to the second user based upon experience of the second user in relation to the work related hazard.

         7 . The computer system of claim 1 , wherein the executable instructions include instructions that are executable to configure the computer system to:
 in response to the user data response, communicate warning information about a work related hazard to one or more end user devices associated with one or more other users.

         8 . The computer system of claim 7 , wherein the warning information comprises instructions to the one or more end user devices to closely monitor accelerometers to detect a user fall.

         9 . The computer system of claim 1 , wherein the first user interface elements comprises prompts requesting answers to questions relating to the attributes associated with the first user.

         10 . The computer system of claim 1 , wherein the first user interface elements comprises training videos relating to the attributes associated with the first user.

         11 . A computer-implemented method for automating dynamic multi-user communication comprising:
 retrieving a first user dataset associated with a first user, wherein the first user dataset comprises:
 an acknowledgement variable that describes one or more attributes of a class of acknowledging users that are eligible to provide acknowledgement to the first user;
   receiving, from the first user, a user data response based upon first user interface elements that are specific to attributes associated with the first user; and communicating at least a portion of the user data response to a second user, wherein the second user is eligible to provide acknowledgement to the first user as described by the acknowledgement variable.

         12 . The computer-implemented method of claim 11 , wherein the first user dataset comprises a first user group variable that indicates an association between the first user and one or more other users.

         13 . The computer-implemented method of  claim 12 , further comprising:
 associating the first user group variable with a first geographic area; receiving a geolocation from a GPS device integrated within an end user device associated with the first user; determining that the geolocation is within a threshold distance of the first geographic area; retrieving the first user interface elements associated with the first user group variable, wherein the first user interface elements are specific to the first geographic area; and communicating the first user interface elements to the first user.

         14 . The computer-implemented method of claim 12 , wherein the first user group variable describes a classification of workers that includes the first user.

         15 . The computer-implemented method of  claim 11 , further comprising:
 determining that the second user is eligible to provide acknowledgement to the first user by identifying within the acknowledgement variable a correlation function that determines based upon one or more attributes of the second user that the second user is eligible to provide acknowledgement to the first user.

         16 . The computer-implemented method of claim 15 , wherein the correlation function comprises a function that matches a severity of a work related hazard to the second user based upon experience of the second user in relation to the work related hazard.
