Mobile device link system and service information distribution method

Abstract

A mobile device link system in which, to a mobile device detected by position information measurement to have entered a distribution area, recommendation information corresponding to the distribution area which the mobile device has entered is distributed; to a mobile device detected by local communication to have entered a local communication area, right information indicating that the mobile device has the right to receive service information is transmitted; and using the right information, service information is requested and service information is received.

1 . A mobile terminal link system comprising a server, a mobile terminal and a local communication device,
 wherein the mobile terminal includes:   a first wireless communicator which makes wireless communication with the server via a network;   a second wireless communicator which makes local wireless communication with the local communication device and receives local information stored in the local communication device; and   a controller;   wherein the controller is configured to:   acquire position information of the mobile terminal;   decide whether the mobile terminal has entered a distribution area;   when the mobile terminal is decided to have entered the distribution area, transmit a recommendation information request message to request the server to distribute a recommendation information to recommend a user of the mobile terminal to move to location of the local communication device; and   when the mobile terminal is received the local information, transmit a right information request message which is containing the local information received from the local communication device and information relating to the mobile terminal, to request the server to distribute a right information, the local communication device includes:   a wireless communicator which makes local wireless communication with the mobile terminal and transmits the local information which is used for identifying the local communication device, and the server includes:   a communicator which makes communication with the mobile terminal; and   a controller;   wherein the controller is configured to:   in response to the recommendation information request message, distribute a recommendation information response message containing the recommendation information corresponding to the distribution area where the mobile terminal has entered;   in response to the right information request message, distribute a right information response message containing the right information corresponding to the local information.   
     
     
         2 . The mobile terminal link system according to  claim 1 , the recommendation information contains deadline information,
 wherein the controller of the mobile device is configured to transmit a right information request message in case that time of reception of the local information is before the deadline.   
     
     
         3 . The mobile terminal link system according to  claim 1 , the second wireless communicator of the mobile terminal and the wireless communicator of the local communication device are communicated by NFC. 
     
     
         4 . The mobile terminal link system according to  claim 1 , wherein the controller of the mobile terminal is configured to:
 transmit a service request message to request the server to distribute a service information; and   perform a process according to the received service information,   wherein the controller of the server is configured to:   in response to the service request message, performs authentication using the right information contained in the service request message and if the authentication is successful, distribute the service response message containing the service information.   
     
     
         5 . A mobile terminal link system comprising a server, a mobile terminal and a local communication device,
 wherein the mobile terminal includes:   a first wireless communicator which makes wireless communication with the server via a network;   a second wireless communicator which makes local wireless communication with the local communication device and receives local information stored in the local communication device; and   a controller;   wherein the controller is configured to:   acquire position information of the mobile terminal;   decide whether the mobile terminal has entered a distribution area;   when the mobile terminal is decided to have entered the distribution area, transmit a recommendation information request message to request the server to distribute a recommendation information to recommend a user of the mobile terminal to move to location of the local communication device; and   when the mobile terminal is received the local information, transmit a right information request message to request the local communication device to distribute a right information,   the local communication device includes:   a first wireless communicator which makes wireless communication with the server via the network;   a second wireless communicator which makes local wireless communication with the mobile terminal and transmits the local information which is used for identifying the local communication device; and   a controller;   wherein the controller is configured to distribute a right information response message containing the right information which is received from the server, in response to the right information request message,   and the server includes:   a communicator which makes communication with the mobile terminal and the local communication device; and   a controller;   wherein the controller is configured to:   distribute the right information to the local communication device; and   in response to the recommendation information request message, distribute a recommendation information response message containing the recommendation information corresponding to the distribution area which the mobile terminal has entered.   
     
     
         6 . The mobile terminal link system according to  claim 5 , the recommendation information contains deadline information,
 wherein the controller of the mobile device is configured to transmit a right information request message in case that time of reception of the local information is before the deadline.   
     
     
         7 . The mobile terminal link system according to  claim 5 ,
 the second wireless communicator of the mobile terminal and the second wireless communicator of the local communication device are communicated by Bluetooth.   
     
     
         8 . The mobile terminal link system according to  claim 5 ,
 wherein the controller of the mobile terminal is configured to:   transmit a service request message to request the server to distribute a service information; and   perform a process according to the received service information,   wherein the controller of the server is configured to:   in response to the service request message, performs authentication using the right information contained in the service request message and if the authentication is successful, distribute the service response message containing the service information.   
     
     
         9 . A right information distribution method, including a server, a mobile terminal and a local communication device, the method comprising the steps of:
 acquiring, by the mobile terminal, position information;   deciding, by the mobile terminal, whether the mobile terminal has entered a distribution area according to the position information;   transmitting, by the mobile terminal, a recommendation information request message to request the server to distribute a recommendation information to recommend a user of the mobile terminal to move to location of the local communication device;   distributing, by the server, a recommendation information response message containing the recommendation information corresponding to the distribution area where the mobile terminal has entered, in response to the recommendation information request message;   displaying, by the mobile terminal, the recommendation information;   transmitting, by the local communication device, local information which is used for identifying the local communication device;   receiving, by the mobile terminal, the local information from the local communication device;   transmitting, by the mobile terminal, a right information request message which is containing the local information received from the local communication device and information relating to the mobile terminal, to request the server to distribute a right information:   distributing, by the server, a right information response message containing the right information corresponding to the local information, in response to the right information request message.   
     
     
         10 . A right information distribution method, including a server, a mobile terminal and a local communication device, the method comprising the steps of:
 acquiring, by the mobile terminal, position information;   deciding, by the mobile terminal, whether the mobile terminal has entered a distribution area according to the position information;   transmitting, by the mobile terminal, a recommendation information request message to request the server to distribute a recommendation information to recommend a user of the mobile terminal to move to a location of the local communication device;   distributing, by the server, a recommendation information response message containing the recommendation information corresponding to the distribution area where the mobile terminal has entered, in response to the recommendation information request message;   displaying, by the mobile terminal, the recommendation information;   transmitting, by the local communication device, local information which is used for identifying the local communication device;   receiving, by the mobile terminal, the local information from the local communication device;   transmitting, by the mobile terminal, a right information request message to request the local communication device to distribute a right information;   distributing, by the local communication device, a right information response message containing the right information which is received from the server, in response to the right information request message.   
     
     
         11 . The right information distribution method according to  claim 9 , wherein
 the recommendation information contains deadline information, and   the method further comprising a step of:   deciding, by the mobile terminal, whether to transmit a right information request message based on time of reception of the local information and the deadline information.
