Vaping kit

Abstract

A vaping kit is disclosed that comprises a storage case, a bowl and one or more smoking implements. The storage case further includes a bowl chamber for storage of the bowl, and at least one storage chamber for each of the smoking implements.

What is claimed as new and desired to be protected by Letters Patent of the United States is: 
     
         1 . A vaping kit, comprising:
 a storage case,   a bowl; and   one or more smoking implements;   wherein the storage case includes a bowl chamber for storage of the bowl, and at least one storage chamber for the smoking implements.   
     
     
         2 . The vaping kit of  claim 1 , wherein the one or more smoking implements further comprise a nectar collector and at least one nail. 
     
     
         3 . The vaping kit of  claim 2 , wherein the at least one storage chamber further comprises a nectar collector chamber that defines an internal chamber within the storage case sizes sufficient to receive the nectar collector, and at least one nail chamber that defines an internal chamber within the storage case sized sufficient to receive a nail. 
     
     
         4 . The vaping kit of  claim 3 , wherein the storage case includes at least a pair of nail chambers. 
     
     
         5 . The vaping kit of  claim 3 , wherein the at least one storage chamber comprises at least one material storage chamber configured to store smoking material therein. 
     
     
         6 . The vaping kit of  claim 1 , wherein each storage chamber further comprising a closing member that selectively engages with an opening of a respective storage chamber to close the respective storage chamber. 
     
     
         7 . The vaping kit of  claim 6 , wherein each closing member further comprises an outer member and at least one engagement member, wherein the engagement member is disposed on the outer member and is operable to frictionally engage within a portion of the respective storage chamber to close the respective storage chamber. 
     
     
         8 . The vaping kit of  claim 7 , wherein the closing member comprises more than one engagement member, each engagement member operable to frictionally engage with a portion of separate storage chambers such that the closing member closes multiple storage chambers. 
     
     
         9 . The vaping kit of  claim 7 , wherein the engagement member includes an outer peripheral edge that is chamfered to facilitate entry into the respective storage chamber. 
     
     
         10 . The vaping kit of  claim 9 , wherein each closing member further comprises a tether that includes a first end fixedly connected to the closing member and a second end that is fixedly connected to the storage case. 
     
     
         11 . The vaping kit of  claim 7 , further comprising a depression extending inwardly from an outer surface of the storage case around the respective storage chamber, wherein the depression defines an engagement flange that cooperates with the engagement member of the respective closing member such that when the respective closing member is positioned in a storage configuration, an outer surface of the closing member is generally flush with the outer surface of the storage case. 
     
     
         12 . The vaping kit of  claim 11 , further comprising at least one release notch extending from the depression. 
     
     
         13 . The vaping kit of  claim 1 , wherein the bowl chamber further comprises a closing member to selectively close the bowl chamber with the bowl being stored therein. 
     
     
         14 . The vaping kit of  claim 13 , wherein the bowl chamber is formed through a top or bottom surface of the storage case so as to be open to that surface to define a bowl chamber opening, and further includes a depression extending around the periphery of the bowl chamber that forms an engagement flange disposed about the periphery of the bowl chamber. 
     
     
         15 . The vaping kit of  claim 14 , wherein the closing member further comprises an engagement member and a mounting flange, wherein the engagement member is received within the bowl chamber opening with the mounting flange engaging the engagement flange. 
     
     
         16 . The vaping kit of  claim 15 , wherein the engagement member includes an outer peripheral edge that is chamfered to facilitate entry into the bowl chamber. 
     
     
         17 . The vaping kit of  claim 16 , wherein the closing member further comprises a tether that includes a first end fixedly connected to the closing member and a second end that is fixedly connected to the storage case. 
     
     
         18 . The vaping kit of  claim 17 , wherein an outer surface of the closing member is generally flush with the top or bottom surface of the storage case when in a storage configuration that closes the bowl chamber. 
     
     
         19 . The vaping kit of  claim 14 , further comprising at least one release notch extending from the depression. 
     
     
         20 . A vaping kit, comprising:
 a storage case,   a bowl;   a nector collector; and   at least two nails;   wherein the storage case includes a bowl chamber for storage of the bowl, a nectar collector storage chamber for selective storage of the nectar collector; at least two nail storage chambers for selective storage of the nails; and at least one material storage chamber for receiving and storing smoking material, and a closing member associated with each of the bowl chamber, nectar collector storage chamber, the nail storage chambers, and each material storage chamber, wherein each of closing members may be operably engaged to close the respective bowl chamber, nectar collector storage chamber, the nail storage chambers and each material storage chamber.
